What a beautiful air conditioner! It’s so quiet!!! Installation wasn’t difficult but you’d need someone somewhat strong. I’m almost 70 and not very strong. I highly recommend this AC.

Very nice design for a window unit AC. Much quieter operation. ...almost no compressor noise, only the fan noise, which is nearly impossible to eliminate for small window AC's. Fan noise actually helps mask other household noises while we slept comfortably. The blower has to push a lot of air to fill a room and does very well even on 113 degree days in a 2nd floor bedroom with poor insulation. We mostly ran it between 68 and 72 and it performed pretty well in such high heat conditions. Across the room (18 x 20 ft) it was 2 to 4 degrees warmer than at the remote sensor 6 feet in front of the AC. It helped supplement cooling to an adjacent media room and a lower level living room in a house with a failing home AC system during HOT Texas weather. I would buy this unit again, and I recommend it for everyone.

Paid well over a grand for two units recently. Within 30 days I noticed both were having weird issues. Sounded really loud or off in one. Clunking noises. The other unit randomly turns on even tho power is off (tho no timer was made) and it makes odd, crazy sounds but displays no lights showing it's on. It will start blowing the AIR button like the FAN but will not pull hot air out like AIR should. I have to unplug these now when I am not home as they seem to be a hazard popping on like that and acting like they have electrical issues. I paid over a GRAND for two!!! At that price I shouldn't have issues on BOTH within the first 30 to 60 days. 5 days after Amazon doesn't offer a return too. Yep. I have had other air units for 10 plus years no issues. I looked on Mercari to buy another. That was when I began noticing on Mercari that some fella 'rebuilds and sells these exact brands.' He rebuilds and sells a LOT of them. That tells me something. Not safe. Defective. Air units shouldn't act like that. I want a refund on both. Seems there may be a fire hazard for them to come on while power is off and yet all lights stay off. Manufacturer has YET to return any of my calls or emails. Sad that I don't hear back from him even though it claims a one year warranty.

I have this for almost a year work perfect it needs a lot of maintenance to work good like taking draining water every 7 days or having a hose connected if that works for you and cleaning the filter one time each month

The AC is exactly how it is described. The u-shaped design makes it fit perfectly over my window sill. This is so much more convenient than a traditional window unit. It’s a solid unit, well built. I want to add that at no fault of the seller, the AC and the box it was shipped in arrived severely dented. Needless to say I was not happy. I reached out to the seller and they responded in less than 24 hours. They provided several options for solutions to make it right. Ultimately, I returned the unit for a full refund. They again provided excellent customer service and the return was easy and hassle free. They stand behind their product and customer satisfaction is obviously importantI to them. I would 100% do business with them again.

I was worried it was going to be heavy or awkward to install. It turns out it is normal weight for an AC, and easier to install than most because of how it sits. It is very quiet, powerful, and has useful modes and features. The "energy saver" mode cycles it on only when the room needs cooling, then it turns off for a while. This saves energy, and also avoids drying the room out too much. The "sleep" mode turns off all the panel lights. I honestly can't think of any way in which it could be substantially improved. I may give away all my other ACs and get another one or two of these.
