I'm giving this 3 Stars because it wasn't a bad product but it wasn't a good product either. It didn't do anything for me. I didn't see a big improvement in any joint pain I have from time-to-time and I don't truly see the benefit to it. Perhaps now that I'm done with the first month supply and I stop taking it, I'll notice aches and pains that weren't there when I was taking it?? The transaction was good and it seems like a quality product (no foul smell or taste) so if you want to experiment with a turmeric supplement give this brand a try. ... show more

This is actually a pretty great vitamin/herb to take. It has a lot of hype and it really does live up to it. My husband takes it for hemorrhoids and it does a great job of reducing the inflammation. He says he truly notices a difference when he doesn’t take them. Now, the other side of the coin, I can’t take this because I have low blood pressure and one of the side effects is lowering your blood re are several herbs and vitamins out there that you need to double check on the side effects if you already have low blood pressure. I notice a huge difference if I happen to take something that I didn’t check on first. My head gets very light headed and dizzy to the point where I am having to sit down more often so I don’t pass out. So if you don’t have low blood pressure this really is great to take. ... show more

It really worked for me... after taking only 1 capsule a day for a couple of days I noticed a big change ... at 75 I had some trouble with body movements... I am still on my first bottle of 30.... I like so much that I have ordered a bottle of 120.... too bad that this brand name does do sell in Canada... I am happy that I can order it from the US... the only negative side is the exchange... but it is worth it... ... show more
