The instructions when found were very helpful. I did find on the product page on amazon a pdf set of instructions first. The overall assembly was easy to do and understand. One problem I had was getting the wheels attached and the screw covers attached. I am a 170 lb 5'6" woman and my weight and force was not enough for the wheels to go into their sockets. I think the angle that they sat was not exactly strait and I needed more force. I opted to use a rubber mallet, I held each wheel so that the stem was perfectly vertical and then whacked a couple times to get that one attached. I repeated this for all wheels. I also did this for the arm and headrest screw covers. Worked like a charm. I do wish the seat cushion was a bit sculpted instead of just a flat piece of foam. There doesn't seem to be significant obstruction for the non-reclining position. In other words no matter where the back adjustment is you can recline. Purchased this chair few weeks ago and it's been great. The chair was surprisingly easy to assemble despite having many pieces in the box. The cushion and the arm rest is very comfortable and the back rest is supportive. As someone who likes sitting criss-cross, the footrest was an added value. However, I wish the footrest height was adjustable because when I'm extending my legs, I want the footrest to be at a lower position where it would support my legs, vs having the footrest parallel to the ground that makes it a little awkward to have my legs extended while I'm sitting up straight. It was easy to put together. I like the color and I like the leg rest. I’m 5”2 and the head rest fits perfectly. It’s a firm chair which I do not mind. It’s only for my 9-5 work so I don’t expect to be sitting on it for long period of time plus I have a standing desk which I take the time to stand while working. You get lumbar support which is nice because you can adjust it to your liking. Only few things I really disliked: the arm rest had little to no fabric and padding so it feels super rough, the fabric isn’t a soft material, foot rest feels like it’ll snap off if you put too much pressure on. I HATE HATE HATE how the chair does not lift on its own, if you have it leaned all the way back and sit up straight, the chair will not adjust on its own. I’ve been WFH for the past few years and I’ve had my experiences with trying to find a good chair that I feel comfortable sitting in for hours while working. And truthfully, I saw this chair in TikTok! I’m SO happy I ordered it! It wasn’t difficult to assemble, and it’s so pretty! I know many people probably wouldn’t want the white, but the off white is so pretty! I read some reviews about the seat cushion not being comfortable.. it is a big firm but I don’t mind it whatsoever, especially when you can use the foot part and sit crisscrossed. The chair is neat, sturdy, and practical. It is nice looking and functions smoothly. It's also roomy and pretty comfortable in a practical, not cozy, way. It is not fluffy, cushiony or soft but it does support the body in a way that feels secure and promotes good posture. The leg rest is a nice touch but unfortunately it isn't as secure as the other parts. When fully extended it feels as though it lacks support and will snap off if too much pressure is applied. Another drawback is the fabric. I've had it not even a week and it seems the fabric is prone to hair-like fuzz that hangs off or balls up everywhere. Quite annoying. Overall 8.5/10 ... show more
