This little 2-gallon air compressor is perfect for seating MTB tires and perform hobby-grade tasks around the house. I initially cancelled my order so I could buy a 6-gallon 2.3 SCFM unit, but I ended keeping it and gifted it to a MTB enthusiast acquaintance. Couldn't be happier. For the price of a decent floor pump, you get a 2-gallon air compressor that can perform WAY MORE DUTIES than a single bicycle floor pump :) All in all, a fantastic value. Much louder then I expected it to be, and takes 5minutes to reach the 100psi set point. Otherwise very compact and light weight. Best for light duty jobs like inflating stuff.

    • Good For Making Noise
I thought this air compressor was the answer to my need. Unfortunately it was not. I needed an air compressor capable of restoring potential lost tire pressure in 5th Wheel Trailer tires. The tires are required to be maintained at 80 PSI. This machine, despite, being rated to 100 PSI does not measure up for the task. It can only increase the pressure one PSI at a time before running out of sufficient air pressure. The compressor motor did not kick-back in, automatically, to restore the tank pressure. Probably faulty even though it brand new. I had to pull the relief valve in order for the PSI to drop below 40 before the compressor re-engaged. This air compressor may work for passenger tires. I do not see how it could be used for a nail gun, or a paint sprayer. Also, from start, it takes a long time, over five minutes, to reach maximum pressure. Pressure drops to 80 PSI within five seconds filling a tire. This air compressor is extremely noisy. Loud enough to disturb neighbors to make complaints about excessive noise. I needed a small compressor that could be used as an air pig. This wasn't my first oilless compressor. I had read that this one is loud, but I wasn't buying it for sound. However, as oilless compressors go, I don'think that this compressor is as loud as some others. It works great. The only problem that I have had with it, is the release valve, is right next to the hi/lo knob, and if not careful, you can release the air. An L connector should fix that, if it was to be a problem for you. ... show more

I am very happy with the compressor but was a little disappointed that it did not come with attachments. I guess it was my fault to assume that they were included. I was able to order a nice set of attachments on Amazon at a good price. My order was delivered right on time and was packaged very well.
