This is my second tent from this company. I live the size and the easy set up. In a little less than a year from purchasing my second tent we had to take the tent down for work on our deck. We noticed upon lowering the tent that the canopy had become brittle due to the sun and began to tear as I was removing it . I called Quictent customer service and my called was answered right away who forwarded my concern and need for a new canopy to her supervisor Lynn. I was prepared to pay for another canopy however "Lynn" asked for pictures and upon reviewing the pictures that I sent her she immediately shipped out a new replacement canopy at no charge . I was amazed at the attentive response that Lynn provided wanting to make sure I was a happy customer :) THANK YOU LYNN!!!

I applied too much force when opening the tent, broke the "pop up" feature. Was at an event and when it was time to take it down, had to pretty much bend/break the support frame to get it folded. Contacted customer service, provided photos and instead of sending me the damaged parts, all listed within the manual (a great idea btw), I received a whole new frame! I was blown away!! Not sure if that is the norm for Quictent but based on this alone I would recommend them hands down, 10 out of 10! NOTE/PROS and CONS: I thought the sidewalls were attached by zippers but it was velcro. Still performed well and was easy to take up/down. Thinking about putting bigger wheels on the storage bag to make it easier to move as the tent frame is good quality and heavy. I also wish there was two sets of straps in case two people wanted to carry it instead of pulling/rolling it and I do wish the straps were reinforced as they have torn. 10x10 is a great size, plenty of room for 6+ people (w/chairs). Tent looks nice, with the roll up widows offering a nice touch I haven't seen in other tents.

Canopy cover quality is poor. Upon taking the canopy out of the box I notice that one window was unable to be used as the zipper was not attached. Set up took 3 people all parts for set up were included (minus sandbags which were said to be included). After having the tent up for a few hours threads across the entire tent started coming apart and the Velcro attaching the canopy to the frame was coming off and the zipper became unsewen from the canopy. All of these quality issues occurred within hours of the tent being set up which is horrible quality control. Luckily the instruction manual stated the canopy was under warranty for 12 month and provided direction on how to reach out on Amazon. I messaged the seller pictures and they said that since it was purchased from Amazon it is not covered under warranty even tho Amazon messaging for the warranty is right in the instruction manual and it was purchased from quincents Amazon page. I will note that the frame seemed very solid and held up well. Recap- arrived damaged (unable to zip window), arrived with no sand bags which are included in details, within hours of set up the canopy became unusable, company does not honor their warranty. I would recommend not purchasing this tent, or any tent from the brand due to lack of quality control and inability to follow through on the warranties

This newer upgraded model overall is a significant improvement over the previous model. It's sturdier, more wind resistant, the frame is heavier duty, the parts are heavier duty, the zippers are of better quality, and generally speaking it is easier to raise and collapse than the previous model. Pros • Heavier construction eliminates frame bending in moderate to strong winds. • Previous model's frame would bend significantly in even moderate winds. See 4th supplied image. • Wheels on bag make for easier transport across flat surfaces. • The dual lift handles on the side of the bag help with lifting this in and out of storage and vehicles. • These are very much needed with the added weight (35.7 lbs) with this model compared to the previous lighter model (29.1 lbs) it replaced. • New ergonomic push buttons add comfort to setup and collapsing of frame. • Heavier frame is easier to collapse than previous model's lighter frame was. • The zippers on this newer model do not become separated like they did with the previous model. Cons • Wheels fail on uneven, bumpy, ground causing carry bag and contents to tip over. • Velcro straps to attach tent top to frame top are still the same length as for the previous model's lighter frame and thus not long enough to fully encircle the newer frame as they did in the past. See 2nd & 3rd supplied images. • The supplied paperwork in the side-pocket should have been added after the unit was already in the carrying bag or at least with greater care. • It could have been, and can be, placed in the side-pocket wtihout ending up crumpled. • I know, I flattened it out and placed back in the side-pocket without cumpling it. • The previous lighter model had a bag that one entire side fully opened granting wide access making it much easier to package frame, top, and sides into bag. • This bag opens only at the bottom making access extremely narrow. • I found that putting frame in first, then inverting carry bag so that top of bag is on the floor, followed by canopy top in its plastic bag slowly 'shook' until it slides into the carry bag, followed by similar action for the sides in their plastic bag works for packaging contents into carrying bag.
