Things I really like: 1. The price for this large of a tent. It worked great and we'll use it again for sure. 2. Customer service - I damaged 3 of the poles on accident. They shipped me replacements free of charge and followed up to make sure I received them. That was great customer service! 3. It worked when we finally got it up and served the purpose well. Things that were frustrating: 1. The parts aren't super high quality, but that's what you get for the price. However, all parts worked and it held together well. 2. You definitely need the white tape that comes with it because some joints come apart until they are taped. But it works when applied and easy to take off for disassembly. 3. You need AT LEAST 6 people to lift it up and get legs attached without it all coming apart. Construct the roof first then lift it up and put the legs on. That worked well though. 4. Once it's up, it is VERY unsturdy and wobbly - until you attach the cover. The tarp/cover pulls the tent tight and attaches to the bottom of the legs making the entire unit much more stable. With the roof on, it works great. 5. You need a pretty level surface for the best set-up. It takes some tinkering to get the most stable setup but then was fine and we left it there for 2 days with no problem (even with some wind, although we had it tied down really well). The frustrating things were easily overcome and now that I understand how best to assemble the tent we will definitely use it again for big parties. Overall really happy with the purchase and customer service.

Don’t even know where to start! I contacted the seller prior to purchasing because NONE of these stupid party tents have good reviews!! This company had the least amount of negative so I thought I would try it. Seller said it was good quality. BULL CRAP! We put the frame together ok. I had high hopes. As we put the feet on it one pole popped out! We fix that and another popped out! We fixed that and another popped out! 2 FREAKIN HOURS LATER, early guests started to arrive and I said just put the cover on it and do the best we can because I had other things to do before this event started!! I was SO stressed!! And in tears!! Then, as you can see in the photo… during the event, poles were still popping out!! PIECE of total CRAP!! Then tearing it down… while I was tearing it down a SLIGHT… and I mean SLIGHT breeze came up and blew the dang thing over!! Unfortunately it blew onto my fence and the cheap crap cover tore! I need to use this piece of crap again in 3 weeks for my wedding and I dread it!! Plus, I bought 2 of them and the first event was such a disaster with it I didn’t have time to assemble the 2nd one. Thankfully, a few quests brought other pop up tents that are actually better quality than this piece of crap and only $50 at Walmart!! Sad thing is… I searched and searched for a product made IN AMERICA and would pay extra for that and QUALITY… but you can’t find either of that today!! TICKS ME OFF!! This company and others like it should PAY US to use their piece of CRAP stuff for the stress, time, frustration and disappointment they cause!!!! It used to be companies had pride and took care when their name was printed on a product. Not anymore!

Overall, I say this is a good value for the cost. You will be disappointed if you're expecting the super thick quality that you may see in expensive tents that professional party rental places have. But with very little modification, it is a very good tent. In one use, it's already paid for itself versus renting a tent. Considering this and the compliments that we received on how nice it looks, is why I gave 5 stars. If I were to rate the overall quality, not considering the cost, I'd given it 3.5 since I did purchase extras to make sure it stayed in place and I'm sure you there are tents out there with thicker material (at a higher price). But, for the cost and the fact that it got the job done, it gets 5 stars. I purchased this tent (10'x30') for a summer cookout. I did a test run of putting it together before my event to see if this would do the job and it seemed rather nice. I put it together by myself (well I had my 3 year old hold a pole for me at one point) and it took about 45 minutes. I wouldn't recommend putting together by yourself because as you are raising it the poles will bend and possibly come disconnected if only one side is raised at a time.The tent was so nice that as my RSVP list grew, I decided to purchase another one. As other reviews note, the anchors and rope that it comes with are useless. I purchased thicker rope and anchors from homedepot. Also purchased sandbags to weigh it down. Another review I read said they'd purchased white tape to tape the joints. I think that the company must have listened to the reviews because now it comes with white duck tape. I used it to tape where the poles are connected. It was good having this peace of mind that the pole wouldn't come disconnected although I think they probably would have stayed together even without the tape. It also came in handy when disassembling because it enabled me to leave the poles connected so it will not be as much work to put together the next time. After the cookout, I left them up for over a week (no rain and only moderate wind) and it stayed up really well.

We purchased this tent for a backyard party, and wanted to have some shade in the yard. My husband built it himself, and he said it was relatively easy to build. He did have some minor hiccups along the way due to the directions being unclear, so I took a star off for that. Once built though, it looked amazing. I was leery of how well it would stand up throughout the day after reading all of the reviews here. We did have to open up the panels to create a cross-breeze as it was unbearably hot with the walls up. Once it was opened up though, it worked out just fine. A massive thunderstorm rolled in before we had the chance to take it down, so we were expecting the high winds to tear it up. After some crazy lightning, I peaked outside, and the tent was completely gone! It had blown over an 8ft. privacy fence into our neighbor's yard!! We went over to retrieve it after the worst of the storm had passed, fully expecting to retrieve garbage, but I am happy to report that ALL of the tarps were in perfect condition, and only ONE pole was damaged. The damaged pole will be an easy fix, and we'll definitely be using this again. All in all, I give this 4.5 stars. Some things to consider: 1. The walls are tarps. I think if you are aware of this before you buy, you can determine whether it will be a good product for you. 2. The cost to rent a similar item (but commercial grade) in our area was twice the price. Even if we got one use out of it, it was a better deal. 3. Understand that this isn't something that you would build then leave up year round. It's just not made for that. It's a temporary shelter and nothing more. Invest in a large rubbermaid-type container to store it, and you'll be able to set it up again when you need it.

Well packaged all the parts are there, however, I cannot get the top to fit the frame. Have sent an email to the company and am awaiting their response. If they can help it will be a five, if not it will be a one. I have no use for a bunch of metal pipes and an oddly shaped tarp. I heard back from the company representative named Green. He was very apologetic and offered to send out a new top and also to refund me $30.00. I agreed. I sent measurements and photographs. A few days later the second top arrived. Alas, this top didn't fit and showed signs of being previously used. I contacted Green again. He apologized and assured me that they would make sure that I was satisfied. They sent a third top. The third top fit fine and was brand new. Although there were problems with fitment, the customer service was very good. I haven't added the sides yet, but am hopeful I won't have any problems there. Let me say that I did not order this tent for an event or even for people. I am restoring an old Cadillac and although I have an enclosed space to keep it in, the roof has some leaks and it is unheated. I ordered this tent so that I could enclose the car and heat the space while I work on it. In my case, the delay in getting the appropriate top in a short time wasn't that critical. I would suggest that if you are planning to order this tent, order it early and do a run through on the setup to make sure everything is as it is supposed to be. The tent frame was easy to set up. It has spring clips that lock into slots on the adjoining pieces. You should tape the joints as suggested to hold things together while you manipulate the frame. Be gentle, the metal tubes are not very heavy guage and think that they could be easily bent. I tied pieces of cording to the tabs on each leg and threw them over and slowly worked the tent top onto the frame. The top does add some rigidity to the top frame. You need to understand what you are getting for this price level. This is a lot of covered space for not a lot of money. It will not last forever. But if you are gentle and keep it out of the wind, you should get several uses out of it. In summary, I would buy another one. I knew what to expect and was not disappointed or surprised by the material and component quality. I was disappointed that I had to go through a bit of a process to get the correct top. However, If I had ordered this item for a specific event on a specific date and had the same fitment issue I had with this one, I would not be so generous with my review. In fact, I would have given it a 5 if things had gone smoothly, I would have given a 4 if the first replacement top had been the right size.

ATTENTION EVERYONE: THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING!!! Affordable, easy to assemble, and looks fantastic. To all the negative reviews, did you think you were getting a commercial tent for $100? For all the positive reviews, thank you for all the tips to increase sturdiness and stability (this is were you need to get creative, the tent itself doesn't stand strong alone). USE: Halloween Disco Party // 50 People (sheltered area + outdoor area) // Up for 4 days. STRUCTURE: We purchased 2 10x20 tents. Duck taped every joint and connecting piece (went through 2 roles of duck tape, 1 roll for each tent). Zip tied the 3 poles in the middle of each tent to connect them (after putting on the top tent covers) - along the legs and top bars and duck taped the seams together. Put up 3 solid zip panels and 5 window panels. Did not use the steaks or rope that came with the tent. We put each (4) corner leg and the (1) middle leg in a bucket and filled with gravel. Then tied the associated top joint down to each bucket handle, wrapping the rope along the leg and using rope we use for camping. We then tied the top side edges down to our fence. This tent did not budge at all. Total setup time 1 1/2 hours. Honestly the taping and reinforcing took the most time (not the assembly of the tent). Same feedback for the tear down. Weather: The tent did a fantastic job holding in heat during 35 degree F weather. We used a kerosene heater and people were dancing inside without coats. The next day it rained all day long and there were 15mph winds. The tent stood strong, some of the panels came a little lose (but stayed attached). We talked about keeping these up for a while, but due to the puddling of water where the two tents met, we decided to take them down in fear of the weight breaking a pole. These tents are def a bang for a buck. We got so many compliments and we are very much looking forward to using them again (which is the most exciting part)!!!!

I bought this for a baby shower to help shelter us from the sun. My daughter and I put it up according to directions. At first we thought, wow this is great, then later a breeze came through and even though it was staked to the ground with the cheap stakes that come with it, the undercurrent of the wind blowing through lifted it up, If we hadn't been under it at the time to grab the legs as the wind blew through it then we wouldn't have had a canopy any more. The following week I loaned it to my neighbors and my daughter and I helped set it up to insure that it was done correctly. I warned them that if the wind started to blow to keep a close watch because of what happened to us. they used larger stakes and tied it down. The tie downs that came with the tint sucked as bad as the stakes. The wind blew and once again the undercurrent through it picked the canopy up and it literally broke the tie downs from the stakes and blew the canopy across the street into a vehicle causing a scratch on the vehicle and breaking many of the poles. So this canopy lasted a total of 2 weeks only using it 2 times. It is not very well made to keep it together. Hard to assemble, tie downs are not strong enough and stakes are not strong enough and very cheaply made. They bend just trying to push them in ground by hand. Will not buy another one.

While the tent was a good price, arrive on time. The material is not that strong or the pipes. It ripped on the corner with a hard wind. I can’t return it and not sure I can even use it again. I don’t recommend. Some of the corner connectors broke. I will see what and if it can be fixed. Glad it worked for the few hours it was up, but disappointed with the quality for the product.
