Awesome product. Held up well to the wind once the anchors were put in. Easy enough to assemble and disassemble. Storage bag is great with wheels and customer service was also great, helped me out quickly !

Overall, we're pleased. Started with two people, ended with three people to put this up. While the base proved to be quite difficult to lift and lock into place (which is why we asked for the third person's help), the canopy attached easily and was taut. Two of the feet broke off while we tried putting the base at the correct height. Not quite sure how to get the panels as tight as the picture, but the tent/canopy is sturdy and held up well during a pretty heavy rain. I'd recommend this item. My only suggestion is that the manufacturer make either steel feet (like the legs), or maybe have detachable feet to use as anchors. (Photo is one of two broken feet.)

We used this product once some parts of it broke, it was also a disaster to put it together it is not as easy as they say we were trying to raise some corners and we were struggling doing it, the worst thing was that after it broke we were thinking how are we going to send it back cus is big and heavy, they say is easy to carrier but is NOT super heavy, so we contacted Amazon they took the complete info of what happened we sent photos but since it is a third-party vendor WE NEED TO WAIT, we decided to send it back and UPS wants to charge us $200 to send it back almost the same as we paid for the tent, weeks pass and this third party did not respond at all finally when they respond they are saying that the damage cannot be seen in the photos like we making it up, they are refusing as if we were interested in spending $200 for that to send it NOW after these weeks that they did not respond or hear from them they say they want to send us the broken pieces when honestly I do not want to anymore The product doesn't work and with another strong wind it can break again , I'm really disappointed with them. Amazon customer service is great. I've never had any problems with their products. I love Amazon. Any inconvenience they fix quickly, but since these are from a different party, they don't solve it. We'll see how much longer it takes. I just want my money back. IT DOESN'T WORK. Horrible customer service with this tent company, PRODUCT IS NOT Worth the money donβt buy it, especially if youβre gonna have outdoor function or Party y is not worth itπ©π©πππ«π«ππ‘

I wanted to take one star off for the fit of the side panels. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't prevent some gapping. However, this was the least expensive tent of its size, arrived in a couple of days, and as you may be able to discern from the picture, I'm using it because my house is under construction and most of my possessions, including the bed I sleep in are in it. Last night was the first night I used it and I am writing this review now because I slept through thunderstorms and tornado warnings without a problem. It is truly waterproof, Even though I put two of the window side panels in backwards so that I could open them from the inside and rain should have come in, it didn't. I can't speak to how easy it is to pop up, as The guys working on my foundation put up the top, And I only installed the side panels.. But it looks pretty straightforward, like any pop-up. I definitely would have struggled to put it up on my own. I believe popping up the top is at least a two-person job. At the price point, I had my doubts about its waterproofness, but purchasers can rest assured that it is completely waterproof.

I purchased a total of 5 Quictent and 2 of them had a tiny hole in the tehnt cover and I also accidentally broke the zipper of the track. After contacting their customer service team, Martina was extremely coiurteous and helpful. She provided me with repacement tent covers and tent bag and the items were delivered in less than a week from my initial inquiry. The tents themselves are very nice and easy to setup. I love them and many of our family and friends compliemnted us on the tents as well. Thank you Quictent and Martina!!!
