We do craft fairs throughout the Summer months and our canopy from a different company was damaged by winds just before the biggest event of the year. We ordered a Quictent and it arrived in plenty of time but it had a manufacturing flaw. I contacted the company and they did backflips to get another to us just in time to pack up for the biggest event of our craft show year! I bought this canopy as a replacement for an old expensive one that I use for shows. Omg easiest set up! And I set up a lot of canopies. Very well made, and the crossbars the right height to hang my pegboard without chains. Khloee in their customer service was exceptional. The box was a little damaged and ripped the storage bag, and the canopy had a stain, they were super responsive and replaced those items. ... show more

Easy to put up by yourself with a little practice. The clips that attach the canopy extensions to the frame legs are thinner metal than they should be so watch for that. I don't think they will last much more than a dozen installs.

Party tent- it was easy to put up and down but I would not say this is the sturdiest of tents... I wouldn’t rely on this for a vendor event tent but great for short use in good weather. Also- first one I received was broken but seller was great in solving the issue in a timely manner. Trustworthy seller for sure! That’s what I am most happy about. ... show more
