We had to throw out our previous rug because our cat kept getting hairballs on it and we couldn’t clean it properly. That’s why I wanted to try a washable but so many of the brands are so expensive. I found this one and was surprised by the much more affordable price compared to other brands. I also like that it was slip resistant because we have a little one who loves to run around. I was worried it would have creases in it but it actually laid out on the floor relatively well and after about a day, it didn’t have any more creases at all. It is also SUPER soft. My kid rolled around all over it when she first saw it. It feels like microfleece. It’s so nice feeling. It also bunches and rolls really easily so it fits in our washing machine with no issues. Lastly, the nonslip material truly is great. It’s kind of like the nonslip on the bottom of a bath mat—really rubbery feeling and does a great job of making it stay put. It’s also great to not have to put rug tape down so it makes it even easier to wash and place back. I am super happy with it, and now we just need to get our new couch so our old dingy one doesn’t get paired with such a beautiful new rug.

This is one of the softest rugs I have ever had the pleasure of putting my feet on. It's so soft that I put it in the master bedroom. It is a true 5x7 and it is cut very nicely. While the colors are muted the details are spectacular. It is washable and of course I have not washed it yet. It came out of the package with some wrinkles and but laid flat immediately. Really if I could have this kind of softness all over the house I would love it. Very very nice.

Summary: This really is soft like fleece. Despite the rug being relatively thin, it has a good weight to it. Non-slip lining underneath holds rug in place. Print pattern is slightly darker than pictured in listing. Machine washable but cannot use dryer or iron as this rug is very sensitive to heat. Overall very pleased with its look and fabric quality and fairly priced at its $50. Full review: I ordered the Kuden 5x7 sized rug. The first thing I noticed after opening the package is just how soft the fabric is. The texture feels like the short piling of crushed velvet and the feel of soft fleece. The print pattern was a little darker than pictured in the listing. I'm actually pleased by this because rugs tend to fade over time. The package was folded (not rolled) but because it was did not vacuum sealed, the folding caused no wrinkles or creases. This is fortunate because you CANNOT iron rug. NON-SLIP: The non-slip lining really works. No more having to use a separate non-slick under layer. This will stay in place wherever you place it, thanks to the grippy material on its underside. CARE AND HANDLING: The instructions say: Machine washable, do NOT use bleach. DO NOT put in dryer and do not iron. Air dry only. The materials of the rug is not heat-friendly which is why you can't use this in the dryer or use an iron. I'd suggest putting rug in the washing machine (on delicate cycle) before using in your home. The rug has no bad smell and arrived factory clean but, it's just my habit to always wash stuff out before I let my family use/wear something. FINAL THOUGHTS: My kids have made this rug their new go-to spot to play on because of how soft this is. And I now cross through the center of the room barefoot, just to feel the rug. Did I mention that this rug is a soft? In summary, this rug is soft looks good, and stays where you put it without slipping. I'm pleased with my selection. I think you will be too. Except for it's inability to handle the heat of a dryer, this is a perfect rug.
