I purchased a new Galaxy s10, received the phone in the original box, with a charger and headphones. The product was in excellent condition. When I set it up, all my aps transferred over, except all my banking aps and 5 others. I checked the ap store and it wouldn't let me get those aps at all. One was ADP for work, so I had to use the browser. I talked to Tmobile, they said the phone could be an international phone that was rooted unlocked, meaning it was forced. It makes it seem like the phone is actually unlocked, when it isn't, so you're missing some capabilities. Another odd thing was after transferring from my old phone through the ap, the calendar on the galaxy s10 had two events in it every month that wouldn't go away. I looked for where it came from, but the events were locked in place. It said "graduation" every week on a Tuesday, something I never had in my old phone. ... show more

Overall I really like this phone. I was worried because of all the reviews saying their box was opened already, or they got the international version instead, overheating, etc. I've had no problems with this phone, I got the US version. No overheating. I did order directly from Amazon and not third party, so that is what I'd reccomend to ensure you're getting what you pay for; I've previously had an unlocked s8 that I've also ordered from Amazon and had no problems with that either. The only slight complaint I have is the fingerprint scanner. I give it 3 stars only because it doesn't unlock the phone instantly like it did with my s8, and you can't see exactly where to put your finger. But that's not a big deal to me personally, just a heads up if you're going to purchase. ... show more

My husband loves his phone, and he won't give it up to me for my S9. He went from an iPhone to this S10 and is very happy with it! It's an awesome flamingo-salmon color, and it's got a lot of storage space. I don't blame him for not trading it with me. It came unlocked, which was what we intended, so it was no issue switching to my cellular service provider from his. The S10 is light, slim, speedy in prossessing, and has a great camera, and more.
