It's an awesome flamingo-salmon color, and it's got a lot of storage space. I don't blame him for not trading it with me. Overall I really like this phone. I was worried because of all the reviews saying their box was opened already, or they got the international version instead, overheating, etc. I've had no problems with this phone, I got the US version. No overheating. I did order directly from Amazon and not third party, so that is what I'd reccomend to ensure you're getting what you pay for; I've previously had an unlocked s8 that I've also ordered from Amazon and had no problems with that either. The only slight complaint I have is the fingerprint scanner. I give it 3 stars only because it doesn't unlock the phone instantly like it did with my s8, and you can't see exactly where to put your finger. But that's not a big deal to me personally, just a heads up if you're going to purchase. ... show more

    • Poorest reception & antenna I’ve ever seen in any phone
Got phone for great camera, never thinking it’s reception would make it unusable . Experimented so long unable to return. Tried on many MVNOs: Tracfone, Tello, Mint, T Mobile connect, US Mobile, Boost, none worked at my home. Some of these carriers would work at tower, then signal disappeared around half mile away. Days spent troubleshooting with above MVNOs. Including factory resets. Deeper research revealed S10 has horrible antenna. Another lesson learned- if sold & shipped by Amazon directly, returns possible much later than if sold by other vendors, including this one. Had to buy another phone. If this vendor reads & reimburses me, I’ll gladly add to this review. ... show more

The shipper delivered exactly as promised, did a great job of packaging to protect the phone. The phone was advertised as normal wear and tear, but I cannot find any on it at all, looks like a brand new phone. Works perfectly. I would definitely buy from this supplier again.

Great seller and, I loveee my flamingo S10 phone which I couldn't get in Canada so I ordered it to my hotel during my recent trip to Vegas. I love everything about Samsung's minus battery life and find the fingerprint annoying most of the time so I just use my password I purchased a clear case with pink edges off Amazon as no kiosks had nice cases that were clear.     • What good is a phone that won't make or receive calls.
I loved this phone. My only complaint was that it would not hold a signal. My old galaxt j7 holds a steady 3 bars all the time the s10 was showing no service or only 1 bar. I tried 2 different carriers with the same results. It was a wonderful mini computer but what good is a phone that won't make or receive calls.
