Actually really surprised by the quality, after reading the reviews. The wood and finish are really good, there were a couple spots where they didn't apply enough finish but all in all a great product aesthetically. The instructions were pretty easy to follow but they were wrong on one page, and this is why I had to take one star away. If I would've followed them like they had said instead of looking ahead and taking the time to figure it out I would've had to disassemble a good portion in order to fix their mistake. Luckily I took my time, looked ahead and put it together the correct way. I did it by myself and while it's doable I would highly recommend getting another person to help. It took me about 6 hours to complete it, but there wasn't really annoying that was particularly difficult, that's just how long it takes. All in all I think it's a good buy and it's a decent price

Difficult to assemble due to poor design and instructions, with no one to call or get any support. I've been a General Contractor for 30+ years with extensive experience building homes, structures, and I've assembled lots of furniture from Ikea, Home Depot, and others. This was near the bottom of the list because it was so difficult with errors in the instructions and parts that didn't quite fit together. In the end, it is assembled and it works OK, although feels a little shoddy.

Take your time to do build it right. Read a couple instructions ahead of the actual step that you’re on, to understand why you’re doing that step. If you need help, customer service from this company, was really good.

When the instructions say four people use four people. This bed took a week to build with two/three people. Not all of the pieces were labeled and some did not have all the screw wholes that were needed. We have yet to use it hopefully it was worth the hassle.

This product was super bad. It started breaking before I even put it together. The “ legs” broke. The ones you would swing down. The instructions were super confusing cause there were no words. Just pics. I didn’t keep it because my base boards were to thick and I couldn’t mount to the wall. But overal I wouldn’t buy.

The B1&B2 parts were labeled wrong, the bolts to keep the wheels in place were WAY too short, and it says it can hold up to 500lbs, but it most certainly does not. There are better made ones out there, this one certainly is not it!

It is nice to look at and fits a 10 inch mattress well. Some of the parts were mislabeled so it took the assembler an extra hour to install the bed. It takes two people and make sure you review the video prior to installation.
