This EMILYPRO Table Saw Balance Blade & 10" Sanding Disk is working just fine. Perfectly flat, as it should be provides that 90 degree angle for accurate sanding of edges and smooths out any rough edges. This disc measures more than 1/8" smaller than the stated 10". The rim has not been ground and has visible cut/stamping marks. The surface finish is not nearly as smooth as I would want for calibration. It almost feels like a diamond cutting blade. It feels gritty when I try to slide my surface gauge across the surface and the needle is swinging by at least 0.015" so it isn't very flat. The disc doesn't seem to be hardened, at least not very much. ... show more

I am not using this as a sanding disk - I have other similar items already in use for that. I am using this as a setup tool when doing periodic adjustment and maintenance of my 40+ year old Sears Craftsman Radial Arm Saw. It works well enough for that, for me. Using this is much easier than using an actual saw blade, because this has no teeth. The only change I may have done in the future is to have the flat side ground to remove the machining marks. ... show more
