I received my new pillows this afternoon. They come flattened and you once you take them out of the plastic wrap, they fluff up. I have seen other comments that people wait 24 hours to let them fluff up to its fullest, which I what I am doing. I’ve also seen people say to fluff them in the dryer, but according to the care instructions, it says Do Not Tumble Dry (whether to fluff or dry then after washing). See tag on pillow for other care instructions if you have concerns before buying. ... show more

After spending over $30 on Serta pillows that were basically folded up quilt batting inside I finally found a budget friendly but well made pillow set. The Serta ended up badly and permanently out of shape (no amount of hand fluffing or dryer fluffing helped. These are so much better and can be adjusted/fluffed. I just switched to these pillows from a much firmer and more expensive set and they're definitely more comfortable. I wouldn't rate them quite as high as some pillows I've slept on in hotels but they're certainly worth considering. I think a lot of this is a personal preference as opposed to the quality of a product because it depends on what feels comfortable to an individual and for myself I have seen that change as I've gotten older. ... show more

It has been tough finding a soft and more flat pillow for myself on Amazon. I guess I got too accustomed to my 3$ Walmart pillows.
