I wanted a lighter jacket and this did not disappoint. Lays great and the sizing was spot on. Initially thought it would be a Miami vice look with sleeves pushed up but the construction is a wee bit sturdy for that look. Doubt if the sleeves would stay up so haven't even tried. The color was nice - not one that everyone is used to seeing. If you like how the inside liners look on a jacket - you will like the groovy inside of this. My son is 5'8 of average build, 175 lbs, wears a 15 collar shirt and a 34 pant. I bought him this jacket to wear to my husband's 60th birthday party and I cannot tell you how many compliments he received all night! It looks a lot more expensive than it was and the sort of medium denim blue color works year round with a navy or darker pant in the cooler seasons or with a white or light tan pant for spring and summer. This is a very nice lookng coat for the price. The quality is also very nice. I got it for my 15 yr old son to wear to his homecoming dance. I followed the size chart and it was pretty spot on. My son is about 5'10, 120 lbs - so tall and lean. It's very hard to find items that are the appropriate size in the chest area and long enough in the arms WITHOUT having to be altered.
