This is an affordable mattress protector. I have placed it directly over my mattress then I have a memory foam over it and another quilted mattress cover on top of the memory foam. My bed is new yet I really like a soft bed. The mattress cover protector was purchase specifically to protect the mattress and it is doing its job. Easy to wash and dry (low heat) and has really nice deep pockets so it should fit most mattresses. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased some other mattress protectors that seemed crinkly/loud when you lay on them. This one isn’t even noticeable under the sheets at all! It’s really easy to remove (like a fitted sheet) and totally works. We have a baby that sometimes sleeps in our bed and has spit up almost every time. Mattress is totally stain-free. It doesn’t feel overly hot either, it’s really comfortable. We’ve thrown it in the wash a few times just to see how it would hold up and it is exactly the same as the day we bought it.

I have had this mattress protector for a couple of days. It doesn't make noise when you move around. It fit a 12 inch mattress perfectly. As for the other things this protector is rated for I haven't had to deal with yet; waterproof, quality, and any other. I would recommend this mattress protector.

Got this to replace my old one with holes in it. This seems like good quality but time will tell, will update if things go south. In terms of putting the actual protector on the bed, it was really easy to do by myself which sounds kind of silly but sometimes the sheet/protectors can be really annoying for someone to do by themselves. This one was big enough where there wasn't a hassle. Its the little things in life. In terms of water protection, I haven't needed to use it yet but I could see it working well, the vinyl layer looks decent enough and would block liquids. Just keep in mine the vinyl layer is on the BOTTOM so if you IE pee on it you cant just take a towel and quickly wipe if off, you'll still have to wash it.
