Yes, you can crack your quail eggs many ways, but these scissors are a great way to cleanly decapitate your eggs so you can tip out the insides all elegant like. Out of the 12 that I ordered, 6 of the scissors did not close all the way, making it very difficult to slice the top of the shell off. The ones that were made correctly work great, no complaints on those. I contacted the seller and asked if I could get a replacement in the 6 that didn’t work, and they did send me 6 more…. However, of those 6, 3 of them don’t close all the way *sigh*. I wish I could pick them out myself before purchasing. This is just ridiculous and such a waste, am I just supposed to throw away the ones that don’t work?? I purchased these to give to customers buying my quail eggs, but don’t want to give them junk.
