Let me preface this with, this product is not bad for the price point. It works as a functioning computer for low end gaming (Roblox, Among Us etc) and everyday use. As someone who likes to run high graphics action packed games(CoD, GTA, other newer games with high graphics requirements or FPS)-this does not do it for me. I’ve also been having some minor issues with the colors inverting when a game is in full screen, it’s a simple fix by opting to not use windows optimization. My biggest issue with this is windows 11 is not supported on this desktop. It is not up to Microsoft’s standards and this cannot be upgraded to windows 11. That’s not a big deal right now as most things will run on windows 10 I’m just concerned for the longevity of this product. I knew this was a refurbished piece however I was not expecting the pc to be 5 years old, according to the pc specs from the PC Heath app. This pc also does not have an HDMI port thankfully there are 2 DP ports so I can plug both my GTek monitors into. Like I said this pc will do what is needed with some pretty decent low volume gaming but if you want to stream/use dual monitors/play high end or action games I do not recommend this… For some context of my comparison: my Lenovo laptop with AMD processing can run more of these higher quality games with fewer issues, and I find myself questioning if I will continue to use this desktop or just plug my laptop in with my 2 monitors. **UPDATE** So I gave this a fair shot for about 2months… I gave up after trying to make this work and even upgraded some of the internal parts! I ultimately went and purchased a much better gaming PC. With this pc, not only did the Wi-Fi stop working all together and require an Ethernet cable, I could no longer turn it on… the saying “you get what you pay for” is clearly expressed here. PC is good, i would recommend buying an either net cable instead of using the adapter that comes with it, can’t run fortnite and can run minecraft & roblox on an avg of 40-75 fps.

I bought this tower so I could do some side business work and do so running two monitors first thing I noticed is that the tower was running pretty slow for being a clean pc, so I’m sitting here waiting and only one screen comes on however it is connected to power as I sit here seeing the light down in the right hand corner on, so I think we’ll maybe it’s my monitor so I hook it to my laptop and boom it comes on so ok let’s try this again and I try plugging it in two different ways one by adapter and by usb and still no screen so I check out the pc to maybe see if there is a setting I need to change on it. After sitting there from 6:45 pm till about 9:00pn my computer is finally set up I thought hmmm.. that took an awfully long time. So then I start to navigate my computer and notice how very slow it is, I had faith that I could get some work done but this pc set me three weeks back I think companies should just make sure there information is up to date because I lost out on some work I could have done because there equipment was not as described. ... show more

This piece of junk can’t even do the simplest things a pc does let alone accessing the internet and it’s not my WiFi connection because it works extremely good with all the other devices in my house but once I try to use the pc I can’t even access google, but that’s just the start, I can’t even play half the games I want to with this pc because of the graphics card and the graphics driver everything els is right on the line of usable and not. This pc has been giving me problems since day one I get it that it’s a rebuild or whatever but damn, this is honestly the most trash pc I’ve seen in my life I can literally use a laptop and be able to do a lot more on it than what I can do with this. All I’m saying is don’t waste your money it’s not worth it you’ll just have to buy better parts and put it together yourself I recommend buying a pc that has at least a 3090 in it. And the tech ppl tried there best to help but got nowhere with them so just don’t buy it. ... show more
