Wow! What a surprisingly neat addition to our kitchen cook space! This cooktop sports two burners which heat up quickly, cook evenly, and are easy to use, control, and clean up afterwards. This unit is definitely not an eyesore. It is handsome in its sleek black and red features and, if you should have the available space, you can even sink it into your countertop to have a completely smooth and efficient cooking area. If you ever feel as though you don’t have enough burners on your stovetop, this provides you with two extra burners that are just as effective – and maybe better – than what you are probably already cooking on. They heat up quickly, burn evenly and can reach peak burning temperatures. There are nine (9) power levels and twenty (20) temperature settings. The manual indicates that you can cook with temperatures as low as 180°F and as high as 1202°F There is an air input on the bottom of the unit. Four rubber feet keep the unit off of the surface of your counter to allow for air flow and protection. The unit is not as hot on the bottom as the cooking surface will reach but be sure to use it only on properly protected surfaces. The unit runs on 120V and has a 4-foot long power cord... We’ve used it for making soups, frying eggs and breakfast meats, hot pot and Korean style barbeque. It has so many more uses and we can’t wait to explore more possibilities. While this is a perfect addition to any kitchen, it would be a perfect gift for a college student with limited space in a dorm area. With reasonable care and attention this cooktop is very safe to use. Be wary of touching it once you’ve turned it on and be as careful while cooking on it as you would on any electric stove. There is an alert that appears on the cooktop (a bright red H) to warn you when the burners are hot. Reasonably priced, with the added bonus of a $30.00 optional Amazon coupon (at the time of this review) you won’t go wrong with this neat kitchen accessory.

Plugged it in and the fan noise was unacceptable to us in an otherwise quiet kitchen. The fan didn't sound broken, it is just cheap. Did not try any further and returned it for that reason.

This is a lot lighter than i expected it to be. Although it still has a good weight. It feels very sturdy too and looks nice and modern. I boiled water to test it out at P9 and it heated up as it should, very comparable to a stove. I used the smaller burner and it didn’t seem to get too hot around the plate (It would probably get warmer if used for longer). The surface is smooth throughout and it is a touch screen so it does smudge easier so keep that in mind. The touch screen does give it a nice modern touch. You can choose to lock it as well and even put a timer on, which is very handy. I think it’s a great size. It looks nice if you’re looking to install it on a countertop or even just leave it out on the counter, it doesn’t look too bulky. It is also great for small living spaces that may not have a stove. We are putting ours in our guest house so our guests can use if needed and so far it’s worked great.

I have a large kitchen with a wrap around counter and a large island. The counter has a gas range top installed which suits most of cooking. But sometimes we just need an extra burner or two for when we are cooking a large meal especially during the holidays. I thought about just keeping this cooktop portable and pulling it out whenever I needed it but because it is so nice looking I installed it into the island for additional cooking space and for keeping things warm. This saves on storage space and because it is nearly flat it doesn't take up any additional space on the island. It is very easy to use and I get lots of compliments on how it looks. I have had several friends and family ask where they can get one like it.

This portable stove is a good concept and the stove can be set on any flat surface to be used but it's just not for me. What I like about this stove is that it a convenient, portable, and easy to use. It's pretty much just a plug, turn on the power, adjust the heat and then let it do its heating. What I dislike about this stove is that it heats up too slow. I was boiling a (3/4 full) pot of water to make soup and I set the heating level to 9 on this stove. It took nearly 40 minutes to heat up the pot of water.

Got this to use when we are cooking for a lot of people and need more burners. This has 2 separately controller burners that heat heat things up quick. There is 9 power settings and 20 temperature levels. The fan can be loud but if it was mounted in a counter top I don't think it would really be noticeable. Overall this is going to work out great for times we have to cook for a lot of people. Happy with this product.
