    • WILL NOT FIT KICKERSPEAKERS
This will only mount a sub at 4.5 inches as noted on thebox it came in, not 5 inches. The wire hook up box has a short in it and doesn't work so i had to run a wire through the port vent. I also had to cut out and extend the box so my speaker that the specs claims it can accommodate make fit. THIS DOES NOT FIT A KICKER 12" SUB WOOFER. Other than that the box is built with good construction but wont fit most 12 inch subs on the market, and the wire hook up plastic box is cheap and terrible. ... show more

I needed a tiny box to go behind the seat in my 93 F-150. This was the smallest I could find on the market. And it's almost impossible to make it any smaller. The price was great. I received my product on a Friday. Amazon tracking said it wasn't coming until Monday. Awesome! The quality is great as far as I am concerned. Just FYI, I have built over 30 sub enclosures. This was for my truck and no one was paying me to build it so I took the easy route. The connectors on the side are a little cheap but they work just fine. Mounting depth is about 4 3/4" but I have a shallow mount sub that still had more then an inch to spare. The port isn't bad either. Highly impressed.     • Sub box measurements
So I had ordered this sub box specifically for its measurements, but when it arrived, they were wrong. It is actually more narrow but taller than what it shows online. Instead of 6x11, it was 5x13. So it didn't work for my purpose, but did seem like a quality box.
