Honestly an amazing purchase for someone who doesn’t want to go to the gym. Impossible to make any excuses for not at least sitting in front of the tv with this thing for 15 min. You feel the burn in every muscle. I’ve been using it for 2 months on and off. More recently the past few weeks. I’m seeing very noticeable results and others notice too, which always feels good. It’s a little tricky to figure out. Even if you can’t fully compress it, just compress it as far as you can. Eventually you’ll be able to. Trust me. I was extremely weak and lost all of my strength after multiple hospital stays. This thing really got my upper body strength back. It’s not that uncomfortable like some reviews mention. I don’t know why they seem to think it’s unbearably uncomfortable. It’s not the most comfortable workout in the world. I mean it’s a workout.

Getting up in age and being extremely busy I definitely do not have the drive or energy to go to a gym. Also don’t have the space for large workout items. This little thing is perfect for me and easy to use. Within a few weeks I already feel and see results. It is made really well with soft cushion grips and the resistance is easily adjustable between the 2 settings. Just wish they would have gave a little direction on how to use it but with a quick google search I found several videos with different workout routines. Already have recommended this to several friends and relatives.

You need to be very strong in order to use this! Got it for my husband, and he is by no means a weakling. He couldn't use it. He 10gave it to our son, and he even said it was difficult to use. So if you buy it you better already be a strong man.
