  • Great eBike
Color: Yellow Style: Standard
I bought it just for fun and weekend rides, and it’s been worth every penny. It’s super smooth, quick, and makes long rides effortless. I can go further than I ever did on a regular bike without feeling worn out, and the battery holds up great even on longer trails. It’s comfortable, solid, and a blast to ride. Honestly, it’s turned casual rides into the highlight of my week. If you’re looking for something fun and reliable for recreation, this is the one. ... show more

  • Super bike
Color: Green Style: Standard
I looked at many e-bikes and finally landed on this one. The color is gorgeous!! I love it! It did take a little bit to finally arrive but it was worth the wait. Also this bike does not add on shipping fees which many do. Some are $200 on top of the price. This was huge for me. Putting it together was not too difficult but some of the directions were not clear. No directions for putting on the fenders. We figured it out but it would have been nice to have at least a picture to see how they go on. But once we got it together it was amazing! We took it out for a ride right away and rode 4 miles. Very smooth ride and it was easy to change gears and speed. It reacted appropriately when I would push an increase or decrease in speed. Brakes worked well. I like that it came with two keys to remove the battery in case it would be lost. Would recommend this bike! ... show more

  • Qlife customer support is top notch
Color: Purple Style: Standard
Had QLife CityOne 2.0 ebike delivered to door ahead of schedule. Assembled it easily myself. However, it became apparent the deraillleur was damaged. I notified Qlife by email, including pictures, and immediately received a return phone call from Mel. She discussed issue with me and forwarded the issue to corporate for resolution. Mel called me back 2 days later with a plan to shipout a new derailleur. I received it in 2 days and, rather than have a bike shop install it for which Qlife would reimburse, I replaced it myself. The bike is now fully functional and my wife and I absolutely love it. I can't believe the quality and value of this purchase. And Mel has to be the best customer support person ever. Thanks to everyone at Qlife. ... show more

  • Great on hills, good speed, fantastic entry level electric bike.
It definately has speed and power. This is the Qlife Cityone 2.0. I was able to take it up a very long steep hill only using the throttle and it made it the whole way without peddeling. On a flat surface I got it over 27 mph and I weigh nearly 200lbs. Downhill even faster. I give it 5 stars for the price and what you get for the price. This bike is for my son and I hope to get at least 5 years out of it. The higher end bikes may come with a torque sensor, hydraulic brakes, and a place you can take it to get serviced. But the cheapest of those would be at least $1k. I tried the two YouTube videos and the included manual to get the bike assembled, but all 3 were incorrect. In the end, it was not too difficult. I got the bike with fenders, but they are not worth it. They are metal and bend easy, then rub against the wheels. There are many different types of fenders that will fit this bike that you can buy later if needed. Also, the front brake needed to be re-aligned (that takes 30 seconds if you know how). And the bike wouldn't go into 7th gear. Tuning the gears can be a bit of a pain but it's the same process on most bikes. We live in a very large hilly neighborhood and this bike is absolutely a blast riding around. With my sons freinds living spread out and the club houses a bit of a hike, getting around is a ton of fun. The bike looks great and has all of the basic features you need. I haven't drained the battery fully yet, but it feels like it there is plenty for antyhing you can do in a day. Well, unless you drove up a 20 mile hill only using throttle. That would drain any bike. I've taken it out for 3 days in a row for about 2 hours each and I didn't charge the battery... just checked... still two bars over half charged. This is absolutely a fantastic entry level electric bike! ... show more

  • Review After 600 Miles: Amazing E-Bike with Upgradability
Color: Purple Style: Standard
I love this bike! It partially assembled, but just enough so that it wasn't too much of a struggle to put together. I would recommend getting this assembled professionally just considering you are going to want to get a tune-up on the bike as soon as you can; the pre-assembled portions do not come professionally tightened. The bike is great to ride stock, but I personally have swapped out the rotor and brake kit already because the default ones are extremely loud (some people said I sound like a Mustang stopping with this bike), and have swapped out the seat for one that's more comfortable (it is comfortable by default; I just have a larger rear unfortunately). There was definitely room to afford the upgrades though because the price was so affordable! The bike is very stable and functional. There's space for a basket on the back without it interfering, and some room under the seat for an emergency kit. Like the instructions say, keep the tires pumped from 40-65 PSI, more to the higher end to protect your inner tube. The battery is detachable, and it is a snug fit to allow the bike to be water-resistant. Do plan to keep some rubbing alcohol and a lighter handy, though. If you ride through rain, your brakes may begin squeaking, so you will have to clean your rotors. ... show more

  • E-bikes are cool....
Color: Black Style: Standard
I recently purchased the Qlife Cityone2.0 ebike, and while the end result is impressive, getting there took a bit of patience. Assembly wasn’t exactly beginner friendly, some of the instructions were vague, and a few of the parts didn’t line up perfectly right out of the box. It took me a couple of hours (and a YouTube tutorial or two) to get everything put together correctly. That said, once assembled, this bike really shines. The design is sleek and modern. The motor runs smoothly, the ride is comfortable. It definitely turns heads and feels solid on the road. If you’re handy or don’t mind a bit of a DIY challenge, it’s totally worth it. Just be ready to set aside some time and maybe have a few extra tools on hand. Overall, a great e-bike once it’s up and running! ... show more
