I looked at many e-bikes and finally landed on this one. The color is gorgeous!! I love it! It did take a little bit to finally arrive but it was worth the wait. Also this bike does not add on shipping fees which many do. Some are $200 on top of the price. This was huge for me. Putting it together was not too difficult but some of the directions were not clear. No directions for putting on the fenders. We figured it out but it would have been nice to have at least a picture to see how they go on. But once we got it together it was amazing! We took it out for a ride right away and rode 4 miles. Very smooth ride and it was easy to change gears and speed. It reacted appropriately when I would push an increase or decrease in speed. Brakes worked well. I like that it came with two keys to remove the battery in case it would be lost. Would recommend this bike! ... show more

I love this bike! It partially assembled, but just enough so that it wasn't too much of a struggle to put together. I would recommend getting this assembled professionally just considering you are going to want to get a tune-up on the bike as soon as you can; the pre-assembled portions do not come professionally tightened. The bike is great to ride stock, but I personally have swapped out the rotor and brake kit already because the default ones are extremely loud (some people said I sound like a Mustang stopping with this bike), and have swapped out the seat for one that's more comfortable (it is comfortable by default; I just have a larger rear unfortunately). There was definitely room to afford the upgrades though because the price was so affordable! The bike is very stable and functional. There's space for a basket on the back without it interfering, and some room under the seat for an emergency kit. Like the instructions say, keep the tires pumped from 40-65 PSI, more to the higher end to protect your inner tube. The battery is detachable, and it is a snug fit to allow the bike to be water-resistant. Do plan to keep some rubbing alcohol and a lighter handy, though. If you ride through rain, your brakes may begin squeaking, so you will have to clean your rotors. ... show more

Had QLife CityOne 2.0 ebike delivered to door ahead of schedule. Assembled it easily myself. However, it became apparent the deraillleur was damaged. I notified Qlife by email, including pictures, and immediately received a return phone call from Mel. She discussed issue with me and forwarded the issue to corporate for resolution. Mel called me back 2 days later with a plan to shipout a new derailleur. I received it in 2 days and, rather than have a bike shop install it for which Qlife would reimburse, I replaced it myself. The bike is now fully functional and my wife and I absolutely love it. I can't believe the quality and value of this purchase. And Mel has to be the best customer support person ever.
