The #3 is one baloon and Dino’s are separate pieces. This is neat cause you can put them where you want them on the #3 or put them other places. I stuck them with the sticky dots that come with the kit all over other things nd had the #3 separate. Well worth it and don’t need helium as they come with straws to blow them up! Comes exactly as described. Great quality. We used a small balloon air machine (also from Amazon) to inflate these, added tape and stuck them to the wall. The dinosaurs are not attached, they come separately and when you attach them with the glue dots that it comes with, it weighs the number down. So disappointed! Wouldn't recommend this if your heart is set on the look of dinos on the number.

The balloon came blemish free and with at least 6 small balloon dinosaurs. I didn’t expect to get so many of the additional little Dino balloons and was pleasantly surprised! I stuck two of them on the big 2 balloon and they stayed all day thanks to the stickies they provide. Super easy to inflate, lasted for a week without deflating. SO affordable!!
