Disclaimer: This just arrived today and is a newer product. I haven’t put it to use but have assembled it. Some wood was splintered on a handle but all seems very sturdy and assembled well otherwise. I was impressed by the thickness of the chimney. It’s a heavy and nice looking pizza oven. The instructions state you can remove the pellet feeder and use a gas assembly on it but it would need to be purchased separately. It was well packaged and extremely easy to put together. I couldn’t find anything about the legs in the instructions. Turns out they fold in and out which was a cool surprise. I’m thankful the pizza stone can be repurchased. I have a history of breaking them. I will have to update later on this pizza stone’s quality and sturdiness. I will likely purchase a new pizza peel since it has bolts sticking out underneath. I can see that eventually chipping the pizza stone. The oven door fits very snugly and I think that should work well for temperature regulation. I plan to update this review once I put it to use. For anyone wondering, you cannot use wood in this over according to online research due to heat level differences and it can destroy your pizza oven.

This thing is way worth the money. Bought it thinking I was going to return it promptly but it works great! Fired it up made pizza, everyone was happy. 🍕 Doesn't come with any instructions on how to use it. It's very simple. You can find videos on any similar wood fired models on youtube, they all work the same. Get wood pellets, get wood chips or blocks. Light them wuth a small torch until they're on fire in the rear. Once you have fire it heats up. You will have to feed it more as you go. Let it heat up for about 20 mins and get to pizza making. Would buy a larger one from them if they sold it but for now this one is a winner in the price range. Will keep firing it up until I need a new one.

We wanted a portable oven for 'pizza in pines' parties. For the price, this oven is worth it. Seems well built and the body and stone is as good as my friends propane unit for $400, The downside is keeping the temperature consistent. It tends to over shoot with a full hopper of pellets but burns out too quick and cools off with fewer pellets. So, I found a compromise: I put the hardwood pellets in the bottom of the hopper then start them with a food grade starter then I add some small chunks of hardwood like pecan or alder to burn longer. I found that using a digital laser thermostat (not the oven air thermostat) to make sure the stone is about 450 degrees, this cooks the top and bottom perfectly. This unit is much more work than a propane oven to keep at the proper temp, but there's something about wood fire cooking that is better. It includes the pizza peel and stone, so don't buy those separately, if Amazon suggests them.

The pizza oven worked great but pizza stone broke second time using it. It will not cook the pizza crust properly with a broken stone.
