The equipment is great. I actually got more stuff than I thought came with the kit. It’s all fantastic quality and the classes are amazing. I am a long distance runner and strength train before going on my runs and needed a program that was low impact since I’m aging and heavy weights were hurting my lower back. I do a Pvolve every morning and then go on a six mile run. Their workouts leave me energized and while they’re hard they don’t zap my quads so bad that I can’t comfortably still run after. Definitely recommend this equipment and program. I never felt glute burn the way that p ball felt.

Pvolve, great exercise equipment comes with information on how to subscribe to daily workout videos. Some workouts can be challenging but for many that’s a good thing. There’s a monthly fee to subscribe but I think it’s worth getting.

I purchased this bundle because of the rave reviews for the P-ball. The problem is the band and the extender it comes with does not accommodate anyone with any meat on their bones. The extender included is only about 6 inches. Since the fasteners are similar to a bra, I spent the additional money and ordered a replacement strap to give me extra room. I would hate to be someone who purchased this in the midst of losing weight, especially a significant amount, unless all of their weight was from the hips up. If you’re interested in this bundle, and have any fullness to your legs, I encourage you to go on the Pvolve website and order the replacement strap or two or three extender straps.

The Pvolve Signature Bundle is a great option for anyone looking to add some resistance training to their home workout routine. The bundle includes three key pieces of equipment: the P.ball, an exercise ball held by a resistance band, the P.band, and the Precision Mat. This is a pricey set but the super high quality of the products is a vast difference from similar pieces I've used. These tools can be used to target a variety of muscle groups, and the included 30-day trial to Pvolve's on-demand platform provides access to hundreds of workouts that incorporate this equipment. If you don't have the budget for the $14.99 monthly subscription, the 30 day trial gives you a chance to learn exercises to do on your own. Pros: - Effective for sculpting and toning muscles - High quality equipment - Versatile equipment can target a variety of muscle groups - On-demand platform provides access to hundreds of workouts Cons: - Pricey compared to other resistance training options - May require some adjustment to get used to the P.ball - Workouts can be challenging, especially for beginners - Monthly subscription not included in the selling price, but you do get a 30 day trial Overall, the Pvolve system is overpriced for what you get but the high quality products will not need frequent replacing, they will last you. This is a great workout system. I did not do the monthly subscription. I do workouts on it and it feels great. The bands are flexible, the ball is a great weight, and the pad is thin but comfortable.

I went to activate my account and I am being asked to pay $14.99 for a trial month membership. I thought that this purchase includes a year’s membership already. No way to contact customer service because they have limited hours during the weekday to call. Sorry, but for my lifestyle, this doesn’t work for me. So I’m returning. It’s a shame as I was really excited to trial the system.
