Purple Leaf has wonderful customer service. With just a clink on a link, they got in touch with me and sent the missing hardware in a few days. The chairs are sturdy, comfortable and lovely! They are larger than standard, less expensive options, which is key to their comfort. (OLD) There are no screws or any instructions in the box. The cardboard box I looks like it was previously opened and then taped together (one of the cardboard flaps was ripped off inside the box). There is a link from amazon to contact Purple leaf on their website for this issue, so I am waiting to hear back from them. ... show more

They're very lightweight to move around with the help of the wheels at the back legs. The frames outlasted the durable fabric in our experience. These full size lounge chairs are the perfect size for limited space. The base is shorter than the full lounge chair, which allows you to save patio space when not fully reclined. They look great, are sturdy, easy to move and easy to assemble. This is the second set I purchased. Highly recommend.

These chairs are exactly as advertised. They come out of the box ready to put together and we're easy to assemble. They look good and won't rust because they're aluminum. There is a lot of allen wrench work, so an allen wrench bit in a drill driver saved a lot of time and effort.
