I was nervous about buying something this big on Amazon, but I have to say it was a phenomenal experience. Immediately after ordering the company contacted me and let me know there would be eight boxes coming. I had purchased the 10 x 14‘ pergola with screens on two sides on this. So eight boxes sounded like it was about right. Throughout the experience, I was contacted every time an order. . So eight boxes sounded like it was about right. I had the company that was building the deck do that, and they two were impressed with the way that it went together and this sturdiness of the design saying that This was the first pergola they had done that went together as planned with no hassles.
