We couldn’t be happier with this gazebo! From the moment it was assembled, it completely transformed our backyard into a cozy, shaded retreat. The materials feel high-quality and durable — we’ve already had a few windy days and it held up perfectly without any issues. The roof provides great protection from both sun and light rain, and the design is sleek and elegant. Assembly took a few days, but the instructions were clear and all parts were well-labeled. We are adding some string lights and added a few chairs underneath, and now it’s our favorite hangout spot. Special shout-out to the sellers — they were excellent! Just completed setup of the 10' x 14' gazebo and am extremely impressed with the experience. To start, the 3 boxes arrived 5 days earlier than advised. During the unboxing, I was amazed at how well everything was packaged, especially little touches like rubber inserts around the roof panel corners and draw bags to hold the various hardware. Everything was meticulously labeled. While doing the parts check and during the build, I noticed that all the small parts had a few extras, and nothing was missing. The instruction manual, while mostly illustrative, included large pictures with detailed insets. For the most part, they were pretty easy to follow. The frame material was pretty substantial for the price point and the posts were fully enclosed triangles, not just an "L", adding to the stability. The curtain was of adequate thickness while the heavy-duty bug netting exceeded my expectations. Total build time was a solid 1 1/2 days, but I constructed it completely solo. I definitely recommend a helper to aid with the roof frame install and to hold nuts in place while tightening roof bolts. I also advise some amendments to the instructions, namely securing the roofing panels as each one is put into place rather than waiting for them all to be set before securing. Otherwise, you will likely have panels sliding off before you have a chance to secure them. Also, unclear why the curtain rollers had to be installed up-front. These could have easily been left to the end, which would have prevented them from rolling off the ends while constructing the frame. I'm excited to see how this holds up over time, but overall, I am very pleased with the quality and design. Highly recommended!

All parts for and went together well. About 12 hours work with 3 people. Did in over two days on the weekend. Installed a ceiling fan with light today. Love it! Waiting for rain later in the week to check for leaks. Quality material. Recommended.

The quality of this gazebo can not be beat for the price and maybe any price. The quality of the materials is top notch. It was very straight forward to put together. Only took me a few afternoons. I had no issuers with any holes not lining up and this was a first for a guy who has put together several sheds, cabinets both metal and plastic. I mounted it down to my patio but used different ankers the came with it. I couldn't be more happy. I got it in 2 days and the way it was packaged is amazing everything was numbered and the instruction were pictured so study them carefully and watch for the correct direction on some of the pieces. I mounted a 4 ft LED light up in the center with the hooks were mounted and now I can BBQ at night. We BBQ 2-3 days a week.... I just love my purchase.

Nice unit, packed nice. Directions are a bit sketchy. I didn't(my fault) read the directions properly and as I was finishing up, I realized the shelves which give strength and stability, would not install properly. Doing the roof sections was a task. We had 2 people, but 3 would have been easier. Been up for a month now, no issues. I will have to remember to remove the snow during the winter season.

This gazebo was perfect for my renovated patio. Customer service was phenomenal. They sent me messages from the first day I placed my order to ensure the correct boxes arrived, no damage, no parts missing, etc. They followed up several times since I had to wait to get it assembled till I had HOA approval and then the brick paver patio completed. I was so surprised that one guy who is a professional carpenter was able to assemble and install the gazebo himself in a day! It’s the perfect size and coordinates with everything! No missing parts, and no issues with the install. I’m sharing pictures! I highly recommend this gazebo as a great value and sturdiness.

So well packaged that even today’s shippers couldn’t damage it, all parts present and individually labeled (with labels that are easy to remove!). Pretty straightforward assembly but any questions are quickly answered by an extremely responsive and knowledgeable customer support department. This is a very solid unit and the finished product is beautiful! Far exceeds my expectations. I truly couldn’t be more pleased to the point that I’m considering buying it a big brother … A++++++
