The shed came well packed and there was no damage to the parts. You have to unpack everything and peel plastic coverings off of all the panels. The first pieces you need are at the bottom of the box. I recommend getting a magnetic bit driver for all the screws. It says 12 hour build time and I think it's pretty accurate if you are building by yourself. The instructions are very detailed and give sections showing common mistakes, which is very helpful. I did not make any mistakes and building went smoothly. All the panels lined up and once it is all put together, it is pretty solid. I am very happy with the shed and everyone who has seen it was impressed. Would buy from this company again because of the quality, detailed instructions, and packing/prime shipping.

I wouldn't call this shed easy to build, but I did it by myself in 2 afternoons. I'm a middle-aged woman who is a computer programmer by day so this is not something I do often. Two people could do it in one afternoon easily. I gave it 4 stars overall because the metal is *very* thin, and bends easily while you're putting it together. You have to be very careful it doesn't bend or by the time you are done the door doesn't open and close very easily. I am okay with its quality overall because I'm just using it to store garden tools in, but just be aware it is not going to be acceptable for anything you need to access daily. However, I want to say that the instructions to put this thing together were above and beyond! The author clearly took into account previous customers' input and rewrote the instructions. If you pay close attention to the pictures and follow them to the letter, it's is really simple to put this shed together. Pay close attention to the directions when you put the roof joists together so you don't make the mistake I made and you'll be fine.

this is the worst shed. #1 nothing lines up #2 the screws that come with it are to small #3 the roof was very hard to put on even with 2 people.

The materials you get for the price leaves a lot to be desired; We could have built a much nicer wood one for the same price. The metal and other materials are flimsy and there are gaps galore in the structure, so it’s NOT suited for storage items requiring a waterproof environment. Also, since it’s not stated explicitly in the ad, this model does NOT come with a floor. The floor base (66x43) can be easily fitted with plywood—of course, this is an extra expense. The instructions are well-thought out and thorough, but perhaps more diagrams would have been helpful. I do want to highlight the “common mistakes” notes for each step that did end up being handy. It’s a shame that the highlight of this shed was the instructions. Because the shed is technically standing (I doubt it will be after a decent breeze comes through) and the floor base is quite sturdy, I gave two stars.

I will admit up front that I assembled most of it by myself so lil more difficult than with 2 ppl. But that wouldn't fix the knife like edges that slice your hands and fingers, the un-aligned required screw holes, the extremely tiny screws meant to go through 4 pieces of matl. Three easily bendable and misshapenned metal pieces with hard to remove film in each and every piece that must be removed. And the hard to interpret pictures and tiny written instructions. It's cheap for a reason. I would probably go with plastic if had to do again

We are renters and didn’t want to spend an obscene amount on a shed, most this size are $750+, for a little over $300, we couldn’t have asked for more. My husband did majority of the assembly with a lot of tiny screws and washers you have to manually cut. He said you have to take your time with the instructions, thoroughly look at the photos and every piece was labeled very well. It took him one full day taking his time and me helping with a couple spots. As you can see we put ours against a wall, do not recommend when trying to reach for the back of the shed screws. There really is no floor so we sealed the metal with the concrete to prevent any water from coming in. This is the only reason we removed one star. This is strictly to hold seasonal decor in totes and spare patio chairs. You can’t buy the amount of wood it would take to build this for cheaper. We appreciate the clean pane in the front to allow light and the amount of space you get. There are definitely design changes I would make as a manufacturer but it works for what we need it for.
