Box arrived damaged, but the chair was well packed and didn’t get damaged by the shipping. Once unpacked, I found a couple of tears in the PU cover on the side of the right shoulder wing (see pic). Looks like that was a manufacturer issue (poor QC), but dinged a half star for that. Also one of the screw sets had been torn open, but I found all the screws in the box. I sit on this about 8 hrs/day for work, and is ok with an added gel cushion. I’m ~220 lb and 6’ with a bony backside. It is plenty wide and elevates to a good height below a 28-30” high desk (it may be too low for a 32” or higher desk). I swapped out the longer hydraulic lift from my old chair. Otherwise far harder than my old Office Depot office chair it replaced. Also the rollers are fine and I like that they match the chair, but fairly stiff for movement. I replaced them with some big rubber wheels that also add an inch of height. Chair wheels have a standard post, so get ones you like. They pop in and out easily. I really like the padded arm rests that lower as you recline. As for assembly, it took 30 min with a power screwdriver and hex bit. The supplied hex key works fine, especially for final tightening. The instructions were ok, but tough to follow in places because the images are small and show black hardware and pointer lines against a black chair (see pic of instructions). I added pictures of some of the confusing steps to help others. Also included a pic of the instructions in case anyone is missing it. Overall, a good chair that looks good, doesn’t cost an arm or leg, I think will hold up for some time, and that is ok for long periods with an added cushion. 4.5 stars is what I’d give it if the QC were better. ... show more

I normally never write a review but this was too good not to. I ordered the black chair and the pink chair. They both look amazing and are incredibly comfortable. My old chair was old so I had to replace it. These were cheaper and better in every way. They look better, they're more comfortable, and it has a massager! Great purchase, I will be recommending these to all my friends. In addition, I have had a lot of trouble with the delivery and a missing part. Every step of the way they would respond to my messages and do everything to help. The customer service was fantastic. I cannot recommend these enough. ... show more

Chair is easy to assemble. I was able to put it together myself in a relatively short time. The lumbar pillow massages great. The chair itself is quite comfortable, even when it's fully reclined. I did receive the box open, but everything inside was intact. I'm 5'5 and my feet barely hit the floor with the chair fully lifted up. I love this chair, it's super comfortable and the quality seems really good (only a few loose stitches in the back on unimportant patches, thankfully. I was worried when I saw past orders had some rips or tears). The only thing I currently have a problem with the chair is the wheels seem almost completely stuck when I'm sitting in the chair and trying to move around. I'm not sure if there's a mechanism I'm supposed to adjust so they don't rotate during shipment but I didn't see anything on the instructions and can't seem to find any part on the wheels themselves that would cause this. If I do manage to fix it I'll definitely update and give this 5 stars. Great chair overall, and at a great price compared to other extremely expensive gaming chairs. ... show more

This chair is very cute but as far as comfort, it's not the best. The part that extends for your feet does not come out very far so it is a little awkward. I'm only 5'3 and it hits me in a very uncomfortable spot on my legs so I can imagine if I was any taller. The vibrating back is not real strong but is a nice little add on to help you relax. It's a little bit of a pain to pull out the foot rest and adjust the back and so on, but once you get used to it all, it's not so bad. Had I the chance to try it out before purchasing, i wouldn't have bought this particular chair. But I think for this price point, it is about as good of one as you will get. ... show more
