I just gave this chair to my daughter as a birthday gift. It just arrived and she ensambled it with very little help from my husband. (She is 16). It really cost me 2x because I had to pay the same for international shipping to get it to Panama. I believe it was a great decision because it was still cheaper than the local options (which btw I didnt like the color options) AND it has a girly look with her favorite purple. I saw many online options and almost didn't buy this one because I didn't want to take chances given the lack of reviews. I'm happy she is VERY excited with the chair, she also loves the massage feature and said it is comfortable. I just asked her how many stars for each category and she said 5 to all! I hope I don't have to change the review :) really hoping the chair lasts long and it is as comfortable for long hours of homeschooling due to covid and gaming on her free time. ... show more

This chair was definitely one of the best purchases on Amazon. The seat is overall very comfortable and can be sat on for a very long time (I work at home 8 hours a day) without any discomfort. I like the rocking function of this chair for the large angle and usb massage feature. Also, the customer service was a joy to work with. I had some issue on building up the chair, and the company instantly helped me out with a nice video! Pros: - The seat is fairly spacious, being able to fully support my entire body including my head (I have an average-sized). - Material is soft and comfortable. The carbon fiber leather is luxurious and parts seem pretty sturdy. - Comes with a vibrating back lumbar pillow (the pillow powers with USB connection). - Sturdy base with wheels (smooth and quiet). - Armrest is padded and comfortable. - Good price tag. Cons: - Non-adjustable arm rests. It's a minor thing and for me they are at about the right height, but it would be nice to have. - The backrest can rocking but can not recline, I wish it has but it seems impossible for the chair under 130$) ... show more

I bought this chair recently, as with Covid I'm now working exclusively from home 8-10 hours a day at my computer. This chair was easy to assemble (less than 20 min) and it absolutely beautiful, it was exactly the style and colors I was hoping for. Most importantly, though, it's super comfortable and supportive and leans back far for a more relaxed angle, if that's what you want! My back doesn't hurt anymore! We bought two of these for our home schooling boys 8th & 10th grade growing boys. I am 5' and surprised these were not bigger. They are not as inviting and comfortable as some office chairs I've seen. Maybe my kids like the look more but they say they are comfortable to them. One leans back more than the other. One is tight, assembled the same way. Pretty easy assembly no complaints. Roll fine without scratching wood floors. My boys use the massage pillow but move it around when not on, due to lack of comfort with the pillow. The chair is good size for kids. As an adult I've seen way more comfort in some office chairs. These have a short cushion on bottom and not too wide. Its a stiffer cushion all around, maybe needs to be broke in. Seems like it will hold up without abuse. Teens seem to like to use all the features so will see. My boys have to sit in them for 8 plus hours not me, so they say they are comfortable and like them. They have no complaints. My boys are 5'9" & 190 lbs and my other is 5'7" and 145lb. For a size reference. ... show more

    • Good overall but note for those on the tall side
I like this chair overall thus far. It was a little more assembly than I’d expected but nothing terrible. I would recommend using a pair of pliers to help you tighten the Allen wrench in the final tightening stage as until I did that it was definitely loose and a bit “creaky” but the pliers leverage got that issue fixed perfectly. My primary complaints are that the pillow is not very easy to put on/keep in place. At this point I’m basically electing not to use it at all. The only other issue is the height of the back. If you’re on the taller side (I’m 6’0), this head rest isn’t. If you sit up straight, you’re likely to have the head rest around neck level. I thought the back was taller so that was a bit disappointing. Those factors knock off one star for me. It is very good support and comfort though. I’d recommend it overall with the slight caveat that if you’re tall you won’t be able to rest your head back very well. ... show more
