Purina Tidy Cats Cat Litter for Litter-Robot". This is a 22 pound box of scented kitty litter designed to be used with the Litter-Robot. Each time the litter robot runs its cycle, the litter scent is stirred up and freshens the room. My cat has no issues with it and I am thrilled at how much better my house smalls. This light weight litter clumps better than any other litter we have tried, and due to how fast and hard it clumps, there is no need to change the litter, just add more as needed!     • It clumps better than others!
We have a Litter Robot 4 downstairs and a regular litter box upstairs for Mr. Whiskers. He uses either of them as he pleases. In order to be consistent, we use the same litter in both places. We've used clumping Tidy Cats cat litter in the past with good results. This particular version is sad to be specifically formulated for the Litter Robot. While it says Litter Robot 4, there' no reason this wouldn't work for 3 or any other motion activated litter robots on the market. After a couple of use, two things stood out. 1) it clumps way better than other litters that we've tried in the Litter Robot before. Once the cycle is complete, there are no traces of the pee or poo behind. 2) the rotation and the shifting of the litter during the cycle activates a scent, which is pleasant. Although it's little bit different in structure compared to his last clumping litter, Mr. Whiskers didn't mind the new one at all. ... show more

This cat litter works well at clumping the pee and doesn't stir up that much dust when you are pouring it. I like the compact size of this box making it a lot easier to store. This is a good value for the size that it is. It clumps well and absorbs the smell keeping the house smelling clean.

Clumps pretty quickly. Smells nice and keeps odors down. Works pretty well, and cats have no issues using it. lasts for a while. We are happy with it.

    • While Designed for the Litter Robot, this litter is still great for traditional boxes! Tight clumps!
This litter is designed for a litter robot machine, but do not let that stop you from purchasing it outright if you have a traditional litter pan. The granules are similar to standard clumping litter, but perhaps not as large. Clumps are tight and do not crumble upon scooping. Excellent cat litter and works wonderfully in our litter robot. Tidy Cats is literally the only brand we will use for our cats. It works so well and keeps down dust and smells. Definitely will be ordering again.

    • SO horrible! nauseating!
i really wanted to rate this a one or even a zero because i dislike it so much, but it's still able to be used. the scent is absolutely horrible, and it's just WAY too strong for cats. my cats definitely have an issue with it, and they only use that box that has it inside if their other box is too full before I get home. there is no reason why litter should be so fragrant and this strong, a litter box will barely have a smell if you keep up with cleaning it and completely empty it and give it a good scrubbing at least once a month. cats have such strong sense of smell and smell things like 100x stronger than we do, and it's likely very nauseating to them to be around this. i skipped out on buying more litter since i knew this was coming, and now i have to go out and spend more money and try to find someone who will take the rest of this. horrible, just horrible. ... show more
