The media could not be loaded. We’ve bought these many times before with no problems. They looked usual when they arrived but today I went to open them and found it SWARMED with little white bugs. I split the container when I opened it originally, so I had some from the same batch in different storage on a different floor. That container was also completely swarmed with the white bugs. There is not any chance they did not come from the treats themselves. Disgusted and horrified I gave these to my dog. Video included, you can see the bugs moving, this is not some “powder” or otherwise harmless aging. Cannot stress enough to find another brand that has better quality control.

I had previously purchased calming chews from petco and when I got them home I decided to look up reviews and saw HORRIBLE reviews stating some dogs had seizures after taking them, so I immediately returned them, did a ton of research, and finally felt comfortable giving this brand a try. I tried this product on all 3 of my dogs before a thunderstorm. I have an 8 year old blue heeler that can’t stand thunder, loud cars, wind, and even planes that fly by. She barks her head off like crazy. She’s 38 pounds and I gave her 1 chew, it says 2 for dogs over 26 pounds but wanted to try out a smaller dose first. And 1 chew did the trick! She stayed calm and even slept through the entire storm. I also gave half of a chew to my 4 month old Aussie puppy because he also gets nervous during storms and it worked perfect for him as well, he weighs 18 pounds. The only one it didn’t seem to work for was my 2 year old chi-Pom mix that’s 7 pounds, I’m not sure if it’s because I gave him a quarter of a chew but made him seem a little more on edge than usual, and even a little more hyper. But since the larger dogs have more anxiety than him typically (surprising for the Breed I know) I think I’ll stick to just using these for them. I consider these treats a success! My suggestion is try a smaller portion than the recommended dose and see how your dogs react to it, and as always with trying a new product with dogs supervision and research is key!

We've bought these for our two dogs for over a year now, and have been fairly satisfied - they definitely work better on our Husky than they do on our Golden Retriever, but they seem to help with anxiety and sleep. However my wife noticed this mold tonight... this is the first time we've seen this, and the expiration date is still over a year away. Opened a new jar we had and it is fine, so may have just been a bad batch? What a shame.

My lovely dog Zara is 5 years old and spent much of her important early childhood on the streets, in shelters, and in a few different homes. She was abused in one of these homes, which as you can imagine caused her some residual anxiety. Although we have owned her for a year and a half, she started having some major potty training regression after about a year (relating to some digestive issues that kept her from being able to potty training well). We had been following the instructions of her behavior specialist with little progress, and it had reached the point where we felt we couldn't care for her anymore the way she needed to be cared for. She is super smart and generally picks up training very quickly which made our potty training struggles even more frustrating. These treats were recommended to us to help her with her anxiety. She has been taking these treats for over two weeks now and has gone from poop accidents 1-3 times per week to 0 times per week. Zara has also gone from about 3-4 full pee accidents per week (we classify an accident as a full bladder of pee, not a teeny pee when she's excited) to 0 pee accidents and 0-2 tiny pee accidents. The moral of the story: these treats WORK!! These were recommended by a vet in our area, and I couldn't be happier with how successful they are! My dog loves her treats, and we love how much they have helped her.

We have an 80lb dog and a 20lb dog. Both of which are terrible in storms, fireworks, or going to the vet. This is literally the only over the counter medicine we have found that relaxes these 2 that are very different in weight and personality. We had used one prior to this however, GNC discontinued. We were so grateful when we came across these (after a lot of reaearch) and they happily eat them without having to sneak it into a treat. Our dogs get pretty chill after about 15 minutes and will usually last until the storm passes. The smell smells like an other dog treat and you get a pretty good amount for the price. This is our 3rd container in a year which I think is pretty darn good. Especially when you have a serving size of 8 for the bigger dog. Give it a try, it's worth your dogs sanity!!!
