This is actually a stellar product. I unfortunately did not read the fine print where it stated it wasn’t compatible with Xbox. Fairly frustrated at my arrogant self at the time that I spent thinking I could find a workaround using my technical acumen to troubleshoot. ChatGPT wasn’t useful either and a little mad at it too to be quite honest lol. ChatGPT will never be as good as it was when it was in its infancy stage, raw and unfiltered. Sorry about my rant, but the level of disappointment I have shared should convey how much I actually wanted to use this product and appreciate it It’s value and build quality.

AMAZING PREMIUM PRODUCT FOR LOW PRICE!! It’s Amazing. Best $30 I’ve ever spent. Packaging is good, product quality is good. Effects are great. Works like a charm. I use it for IEMs and it works great, I can setup talkback etc etc. Only 2 cons why it’s not 5 star. 1. Most ports are 1/8 jacks and for bigger productions, the standard is xlr and 1/4 ports, so it’s a slight hassle, and if you try to connect an xlr for audio to the mic 1 xlr, the audio is grainy and really bad (for obvi reasons, it wasn’t meant for that) 2. There’s a very very faint buzz sound, but it’s only heard when there is complete silence. Point to note, if you have a channel muted or turned down, you won’t see the visual indicator if sound is going there. Very very Slight downside, but that’s being picky. OVERALL AMAZING PRODUCT.

Disclaimer: My rating system: EVERYTHING starts at a 5, and goes from there. I thoroughly read the descriptions and if I don't like the description, I simply don't order the item. If the product shows up as advertised they get a 5. If there are unadvertised flaws, they are duly noted and stars removed accordingly.... that being said: This item gets 5 stars. I will admit I was skeptical because I didn't think this mixer would meet the needs of my microphone, but I wanted to take a chance AND I AM SO GLAD I DID! I am using this with a Shure SM7B mic, which requires A LOT of gain to get a good sound. Installation was SUPER EASY. I plugged it in using the supplied USB C cable and 1/8" TRS to 1/8" TRS, plugged in my XLR cable to my microphone and WOW did it ever sound good through my headset. It is very responsive, compact and SUCH A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. I have used other professional equipment in sound reinforcement and mobile venues, and this is a great home studio or podcasting. I also plan to do some Audible book narrations with this setup. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
