I have had my printer and Baker for about 30 dasys now and printer is great. Baker is better then expected... only issues i had was ink gets shipped seperate and came in with box damaged. reached out due to a bottle of ink (black) was missing, even sent photos... no replacement sent. had to order ink my self just to use the machince. The drive with rip software wouldn't load as my security kept was had malware... good thing I already owned another program which works great with it. After reaching out, they sent a new box of ink and were very good about checking on me, changing from 4 start to 5 as mistakes happen. But it is nice to know they care.

I have had my printer for about a year now, I LOVE it. Recently, I had my first issue with the print head (due to my fault), and the support was extremely knowledgeable & had my printer up and going right away. I should have called them sooner.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with the machine. The print quality is excellent and the colors are very vibrant. Their technical support is also great — they respond quickly, answer all questions, and help solve any issues in a short time. I definitely recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I been wanting a DTF printer for a long time after five years I decided to buy one and i got the Penehood and I love it it did gave me problems only do to my excitement 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but easy to install if you don’t have an anxiety problem 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This worked great for 3 prints, then stopped working. My husband has been working with their customer service for days trying to fix it. They finally figured out a part needs replaced but it wont get to us for “a relatively long time” according to them. We’ve had to cancel two events now because of this. Update: It took a little over two weeks to receive the replacement part, but it turned out that wasn’t the issue — the real problem was a fuse that was already included in the kit. The printer has been working fairly well since then, though it still tends to have issues with the first print. Customer service does try to help, but the process to get things figured out can be pretty slow and time-consuming.

This printer has been amazing. Very low maintenance and the team is very quick to help if I ever need it. I have printed well over 100 full prints and it’s not an ink guzzler. The prints are extremely vibrant and hold up well on every material.
