The media could not be loaded. This Punehod DTF printer had been given him problems and headache since day one. USB flash drive first was empty and did not open or work. when I contact customer service by the email, it wasn’t that much a help after one reply didn’t never reply again. Second of all the waste ink won’t come out anymore and mess up my my white ink. now the temperature won’t turn on. Don’t buy waste money. ... show more

    • Terrible set up process and the worse customer service I've ever received
After numerous failed attempts to load the software, they linked up with me live with a technician. He was able to list the software but could not get my computer to read the printer. After leaving me hanging for over 15 min. and not responding to any questions or instruction requests he just disconnected without ever responding to me. This is to expensive of a product to not only have techs who can't accomplish setting it up, but also to be so rude and dismissive. I find it hard to believe this can't be connected to my computer but I am not willing to try again after the poor service and treatment. Sending it back. I'm finding out just about everyone has these issues and require live support from the company. Not worth the aggravation. Get a different brand! ... show more

This came fast and in a chest. Works great. The instructions on how to do everything are on the software you will install. My hubby did have a lot of problems and took several hours to figure all of this out and he is extremely tech savvy. Im excited to use it BUT! I bought this with free shipping and now I just got an invoice from FedEx for a bill for $280. I am not paying this because I checked the free shipping option.
