The media could not be loaded. Man love my new printer. This printer is beginners friendly and very easy to set up. Customer service is excellent and very helpful and will be there with you every step of the way. There is a time difference so only time to connect with them is at night. Imma night owl anyway so it’s perfect for me. Print quality is great but you will run through a lot of white ink. it’s a DTF printer so stack up on your white. I have a A4 printer it’s made for smaller size projects which is perfect for me I had my printer for a little over a month now and I never had a paper jam at all I’m still on the same roll and I printer a lot. Customer service is very strong and will assist you in any way there are very very helpful as I am a beginner and how many questions trust me there customer service will help you with anything you may need from start to finish really only thing you need is customer service and you’ll be great. As far as I’m concerned I love my printer and will upgrade to there A3 in the future. GREAT PRINTER

La verdad estoy probando esta máquina me a costado usarla pero cuando se me dificulta me pongo en contacto con soporte técnico y la verdad son bastante buenos cualquier problema ellos lo resuelven

Wish I could give a -1 star. Setting up the printer was a headache, the quality of my images were not as bright as I thought it would be and I’ve had it for only 2 months and it stopped working completely. I sent customer service a message and they only sent me a link to speak to someone else about the issue yet the link doesn’t work. I informed them and they sent the same link (don’t work) so to me it seems like they’re not wanting to help me out to fix the issue. Paying so much for it and it stopped working after 2 months!! DON’T RECOMMEND IT.

So the customer service IS NOT 24/7. They come online about 8 at night and take quite some time to even respond. The USB they sent me was corrupt and I couldn’t pull any data from it. I let them know and they did not offer to send me a new one or download all the files when I was working with an engineer. It was working perfectly fine for about 2 days, then quit printing white. Did the daily maintenance, did the resets, and still nothing. Then it stopped printing altogether. I tried to communicate but again, the engineers took so long to respond, then did not respond at all. So sad because the first prints were absolutely great.

Let me tell you this machine is great I am not very good with technology and I could do it and when I came to a little problem on my end ,they contacted me and help me al the way even the connected to my laptop with my permission and solve the problem I recommend it to a 100 percent thank again to the engineers that help me.

Worst machine ever. Customer support will look at your messages and not answer u or take your time and business seriously and ignore u while being able to see they are looking at your messages. Don’t buy this.
