The main reason I got this case was because the Apple Pencil holder isn’t on the side that charges the pencil. I didn’t want the pencil to continuously charge but when I do I need to charge it the other side is thin enough for me to do so. The case isn’t necessarily heavy but I wish that it was a bit lighter. I love how lightweight it is, but it actually covers my iPad all the way around. Unlike the Apple ones where they just magnetize and then it’s exposed to the elements in my book sack. Also, I love the fact that the pen can either magnetize to the side and charge or it can go into the case, which is really easy to take out because there’s a little hole where the pen is. That is really important to me because I broke my pen by having it magnetized to the side in a free-for-all and It got damaged so now I love that I can keep it protected. It’s definitely not your heavy duty case but that’s not what I was looking for.
