Is the printer compatible with Mac OS? No. Our software only supports Windows systems, not Mac OS. Difference in print area between A3 and A4 printers? Please choose the right size according to your needs. How to prevent printhead clogging? To prevent printhead clogging, please use the moisturizing device to maintain the printhead if the printer remains unused for more than 3 days. Thank you.
