The reflex bag works well after a few adjustments. First the spring assembly loosens in the base as you hit it. Had to constantly screw it back in after punching a few minutes. Ended up putting friction tape on the main pole threads to resolve the problem. The top plastic cap that sits an top of the base spring breakers easy. But once I got those issues fixed. I love it, I’m 6’3 and 230 and I can hit it solid! Stayed planted with just filling the bottom base with just water. ... show more
