This fit perfectly beside my pull up rack and was really easy to out together.. it takes 150lbs of sand to fill the tank, fyi. I have it on my outside patio and expected the suction cups to not be the most effective on the rought concrete surface, but they look to be really good quality for an actual flat surface. The quality of this punching bag surpassed our expectations. It is very solid and well made. At this time, we even skipped putting water or sand in the base as the suction cups are sufficient to withstand the impact made by a child. While it's geared towards an adult, we made some safety modifications for kids-use by placing Nerf darts over the bolts and wrapping an old t-shirt around the exposed metal parts atop the stand. Instead of buying an inflatable toy punching bag that will most likely break in a few weeks, we recommend upgrading to this FEIKUQI that can be purchased at a fair price. ... show more

It's a heavy duty bag and plastic stand that you can fill with water or sand. I would recommend water if you intend to move it sometime. The water is easily removed compared to sand.

suction cups came defective, they cannot get heavy enough with sand, so I filled mine with led, but obviously not everyone can afford that much led. And the hole to fill it with sand was so small, that it took me 2 and a half hours to fill it with sand and it was a 2-person job. so the hole is to small. and if you don't use a funnel, then then its impossible to fill with sand. again, I highly recommend led if you have the money. ... show more

It's been over a year since I bought this, I don't use it every night but for a few months now it's been my go-to calorie burner.
