I thought it was missing a part but i found it gloves was disappointing they are plastic but if yiu have a watch on make sure to take it off because i was felling the bag well i relized after i had it hanging and hit on it some i relize my watch was inside the bag so i had to do it all over again

This product was easy to set up and use right out of the box. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Product is durable and seems easy to move to different areas of the house where I want.

The bag comes empty, as do many. The chain and hardware are heavy duty. Make sure you mount it properly. The bag isnt professional grade, but perfect for a garage or basement gym. Comes with everything needed to get you off the ground and swinging. The resistance band is pointless, in my case. A smaller person may benefit more. I didnt get this for the band, though. So, im not disappointed with this kit at all. Make sure you don't over-fill the bag, and take the time to break it in a bit to soften the fill and material.

This bag and hanging kit seems much better than the one I bought for my kids 20 years ago and it was a name brand Everlast. This kit seems a bit softer at least the cover does but is much larger and the Attachment points on the bag are Sewn as well as Riveted which should be a lot stronger. That was the point of failure for our old bag. There are a couple ways to hang this but you definitely need to attach this to studs the bag will be heavy once you fill it with sand, cloth or sawdust I think a combination of all three will work best for our usage. Boxing training it a great way to get into some better shape. The resistance band that came with is a nice addition.

As we will not be installing this punching bag until later in the summer, this review is based solely upon a visual inspection of the items received. The unfilled punching bag is made of a thick leather-like outer material with an interior lining. The triangle-shaped hanger hardware is securely-affixed to the bag by a studded piece of sturdy canvas. There is a zippered opening at the top of the bag to allow for filling, and the zipper opens and closes easily and smoothly. The silver hardware to be used for installing the bag is heavy, and appears durable and sturdy. The lengthy hand wraps are made of a quality cotton-like material with velcro closures. Overall, this punching bag set looks good and appears well-constructed, and I don't anticipate any problems when we install and use it. I will update this review, if necessary.

I got this for my workout room and right away it has been helpful for more than just that. In the world of video calls - sometimes you get frustrated. A few minutes punching this bag and I feel all better ;-). One person gave a suggestion for setup to build a "support" for the top and bottom out of cardboard. With Amazon delivery boxes to spare - this was easy and helped the filling alot. make a circle of cardboard that fits the bottom (make it large and trim it down) - then use that one as a template to make 6 or 7 others for each layer (top and bottom - no middle unless you want to break your hand). I just used old clothes that weren't good enough to donate and some old rags. This was heavy enough without added sandbags and when properly stuffed full - this gave a good workout without being too heavy for the ceiling mount.
