Equipment arrived in good condition. 2 hours to assemble, take time to tighting nuts and bolts evenly. Foam is high density, should take heavy strikes with no tears. No need for suctions cup since using it on dirt next to other bags. Size if for Adults, 70 inches high. Excellent for punchs and kicks. Outer layer will probably need gorilla tape after heavy workouts. Cheap and affortable compare to Wavemaster bags which run between $190 to $400. Height is non-adjustable, OK, for high head and torso strikes. Cap for sealing Water not so hot, will need H2O refill during hot season. Free Medium Size gloves, makes this a sweet bargain. Now whose Facial Picture will I tape on It, to bring out that primal rage during workout. Gozilla, Superman, Batman, or Lex Luthor........LOL.....LOL....

Sturdy and can take decent hits with fists. Not sure how it would do against kicks. I used sand in the base. Assembly was pretty easy.

Very sturdy and durable. If you find a good floor,like a tiled floor or a cemented floor,the suction cups work super great. You do not even need to put water or sand in the base. It can withstand strong punches too. Overall it’s a great workout instrument to purchase without breaking the bank.

Because there appears to be no way to tighten the bolts at the base where the bag gets attached to the base (they just spin since you cannot physically get to the nut inside the base), the bag feels loose after a dozen uses. (I am a smaller sized person so I don’t beat it too badly - I don’t think it will completely fall apart - still it would be better if I could tighten those bolts!). I added 200 pounds of sand, which was quite a workout in itself! Trying to get semi-dry sand (from local HD) into the base took a while with a large funnel. Doable, but challenging. Overall I am happy with the bag. It is a great workout for me!

I bought this for my grandson for his 16th birthday. He is really into boxing. He's very happy with it but he does need to put more water in the base. He only filled it about halfway so sometimes it tips. But I'm sure once he fills it up all the way it'll be fine.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this punching bag for my son's b-day and he received it in less than a week. It came intact with no broken pieces. It is very durable and easy to assemble. The suction cups on the bottom allow the punching bag to adhere to the floor promising a safe workout. The set also includes a pair of boxing gloves which are definitely come handy (look very professional). The punching bag is compact so it's easy to store. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend.
