I have purchased other punching bags and it's always bothered me that the connectors would wear away first due to the fact of being tied up without some method for its spin. This has the solution with the chain and spin flow. The gloves aren't the best but you are getting some nice starter gloves. Want something better put down the cash for them. These will hold you over until then. Everything you could need to get going in the right direction is in this set and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get in better shape or join the boxing sport.

This boxing bag/gloves set is great for the price and make an awesome starter set! The attachments for mounting it are fairly sturdy. The gloves are reasonably nice. The set also comes with a bunch of extras like a jump rope, hand grip exercise tool, hand wraps, and a reflex trainer. This is a great way to add in cardio to your exercise routine. Only con is that you need to fill the bag.

It comes in a small box, so at first you’re confused if it’s a boxing equipment, but once I opened it and saw al the products, then it made sense. Once I filled the bag with sand it was a great punching bag. The gloves didn’t fit my hands, but that’s okay, as I already had some.

She asked for this and we just finished setting this up for her. We can hear her in the other room punching it and it’s a little louder than expected but I am glad to see her using it and having fun with it.

This is such a nice set with all good quality items that work great. The instructions are clear so it doesn’t take that long to get it setup. I think this is the perfect workout setup for maybe a garage in home or in a back yard. It’s a really good value and would make a very good gift.
