I am reviewing the Asbravo punching bag for adults. Short review, a great bag for a small price - with plenty extras. This bag is about 48” tall and 12” in diameter - the same size as my old one it is replacing. This does come unfilled and the is just fine for me, since I have the old fill material from my retiring body bag. I filled this new bag will less sand replacing the sand with foam to reduce the weight to 65 pounds. At my age a 65 pound body bag is enough to get a great work out. I only needed a new bag but as I bonus I also received a pair of 12 oz bag gloves, wraps for the gloves, a jump rope with a grip strength tool. With those was 3 balls to work on speed, never used these before so this could prove interesting. In addition was included a 360 swivel mount to hang the bag off of. For now I have filled this bag with 65 pounds from my old bag - as I said above. I have hung the bag from my old swivel mount and will use the new mount once I update the support system for this new bag (things always need to be updated every now and then). I have done my first work out with my Wife and the 65 pounds of weigh is perfect, The material (mostly old cloth) will settle then more material will be added, but for now the bag feels great and moves appropriately considering the power or less power I now deliver. I certainly would recommend this bag, I think it is equivalent to other that cost considerably more. I have been boxing/training off and on for 50 years, so I know a little about body bags. This is a solid starter kit. The bag is durable and it comes with a kit to hang it. I recommend filling the bag with a mix of sand and rice. The gloves are really comfortable and leave enough movement to grab things like the jump rope so you aren’t having to take them off as you rotate though your work out. The jump rope is great to work on your endurance and it’s lightweight. The balls are great for agility, I like that there is different options for that. This is useful for many many things such as stress reliever. The size of it is perfect for adults and kids. However, it can get really heavy depending on what you fill it with.
