Our stools arrived ahead of scheduled time! That’s always awesome. We just moved into our new home and needed to grabs some affordable stools quick for an upcoming housewarming event where we expecting a nice crowd of people to attend. Our island was our last area to furnish. These stools arrived in perfect condition and assembly took maybe 15 minutes total. Each stool moves as it is designed to move and no issues to report at this time. My kids love that they go up and down as well as swivel so they can catch a glimpse of our television in the family room from the kitchen. The media could not be loaded. there are a total of 4, but I only needed 3 lol Looks just like pics Came in two big boxes with about 4 separate parts as well as some simple picture guided instructions Only 4 screws for each chair Easy to put together Took less than 5min to put each chair together Sat in chair immediately after just to try out the lift I live in an apartment with an island and the height is perfect fit for my breakfast area You can lift the chair without weight and lower the chair with weight in it Read the reviews before buying so I was a little skeptical about getting these because some ppl said the lift did not work or the chairs were too short but I think maybe some of them just forgot to take off the the little black cap from the original packaging it prevents the lever from working to properly lift the chair but I was pretty impressed how the chairs glide both up and down with ease ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Was looking forward for them They are Ok. Looks well. Unfortunately got 2 different models in order if 4 ! One thread on the middle of the seat is coming loose. Would given 4 stars if got my order correctly .They looks nice over all, quality not the strongest but they are OK. Stabe but they light so can go backwards if not careful. Over all nice looking, fast delivery ( unfortunately not correct) very easy to get together, don't scratch the floor, soft. Will try contact seller corect the problem especially shipping cost was additional. Will update later Update: Contacted company regarding this problem. Got very rapid response from customer service. They evaluated the issue, recognized it was mistake was done during shipping right away. And correcting the problem- Sending replacement , should recived it after Christmas. Very Happy with quality of costomire survice, they very fast, friendly, respectful, definitely holding in high regard costomire and responsible for quality of product they provide, fast and not hesitant to make things right! As well we had a chance to use cheers for about a week now and I am changing my rating to 5 stars. They looks absolutely great, very comfortable. Despite they not very heavy, they are very stable + easy to move. Very comfy, with contemporary style comfort not always goes together but in this one its definitely does. Its provide excellent support on cushion as well on the back and on the sides without compromising stile. I can lean back slightly during seating without worrying too tip over, and the beginning it was concern. They can go really hight and as well goes down with multiple options of height, moves very easily so can adjust on situation. Bottom of the stend have rober ring, and it's not scratching our floor as well keeps them extra sturdy and not sleeping on marble floors!!! Material as well endup really nice, it's very soft but strong, extremely easy to clean!!!! And it's super important because its black and wight,and keep it stain free is also very important. We so far absolutely Love the cheers, very happy with company and how they handled the resolution of problem. Will definitely order more product from them in the future for our new house as well recommend this company. Now we definitely feel very comfortable and confident with them. ... show more

    • Nice chair but not very comfortable to sit on
The chairs were nice and modern looking but the seat pan is not that big. I’ve got a petite physique and when I sit on it the seat span only goes to my mid-thigh. Its only comfortable to sit in for a brief amount of time. They are also not very sturdy. The slightest movement that causes the chair to be off-balance can easily topple it over because the base does not weight enough to anchor the chair down. When adjusted to the highest height my 9-year old has a difficult time getting on and off the chair since the foot rest can’t be used as a stepping platform. I also have a difficult time getting on the chair without an appropriate stepping platform as I am only 5’ feet tall. Lastly, the backrest is also not big. It doesn’t offer adequate back support so after sitting on it my body started to fatigue. I wouldn’t recommend these stools for everyday use. ... show more

I bought these for the bar area in my kitchen, they're a good height and adjustable for the table in my dining room. I've had them for about a year now, they've held up to a high-traffic home with people of all sizes coming and going. As long as you're not throwing yourself around or trying to break them and if you assembled them correctly these are great. The back isn't a good height for slouching, so don't plan on sitting back in these. The back rest is a good height for short meals, working from home, and crosswords. ... show more

The screws to the seat constantly have to be secured. Nail or screw pops are coming through the leather seats. One of the 4 we purchased has lost its support in the cushion. I do not recommend these barstools. Poor quality. We are very unhappy and waiting to hear if they will refund the money and take the defective products back. ... show more
