Product delivered on time. These are good for people with joint issues or rehabbing. Won’t put stress compared to weightlifting, even though I am one, but will still allow effective workout. My parents have used this for joint and/or spasm relief; they’re getting old so they’re thrilled to use these instead of weights. YouTube and Google search will unload multiple exercises search with these type of bands. I use them with my weightlifting routine and I’ll admit it makes things more challenging, so more than happy to own these. Makes the compound power exercises such as hack squat, deadlift, barbell row, dumbbell chest presses much more effective; helps increase strength and improve overall form. Weight plates during covid19 as well as other equipment difficult to find or pay for, so I bought these for $35 as an alternative and it has been extremely useful with the limited amount of weightlifting equipment I have on hand.

I would say these are very high quality. The come in a nice range of sizes. They are great for modified pull-ups with out worrying about them snapping or anything. Colors are nice and bright too. You can't go wrong with these!

I am using this product with my power tower to help me with pull ups. They seem very durable, and love having four choices or resistance. The grip rings were a nice bonus.

So the Product came as described. Five bands With different colors and Weight differences. But I just wish they could be more flexible what I mean by that is stretchy. Other than that they are like any other resistance bands they are pretty good quality and have a limit of flexibility. Just depends what type of exercises you’re using them for. For what I paid for I thought I would get Some bands that are more flexible :/

I bought these to help me build some calisthenics skills. They work great and are easy to use. I have researched and imagined so many possible ways to add these to my training program. The hand grips only go up to 50 pounds but work great as stress balls and for grip endurance which hopefully will help me increase my pull-ups.
