Where to start.. First, couldn't properly attach a bracket because a screw hole is defective... so only could attach 2 of 3. I figured it wasn't worth the hassle of a return. Then, I go to attach the pull out section of the couch and there aren't any screw holes to attach it... so it's 100% unusable. Okay, so I'll return it.. no problem right? Wrong... they want me to pay the shipping to return it, which would cost more than the product itself. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ... show more

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The sofa arrived in terrible condition – it was dirty, torn, and looked nothing like the pictures. The quality is extremely poor, and it doesn’t look nice at all. Definitely not worth the money.
