Great travel phone
Color: Sea Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 128 GB Product grade: Renewed
I bought this phone for traveling. I wanted something relatively cheap, unlocked and would work well with various SIM cards. This little checked all the boxes and works great. For being used it came in perfect condition, not a scratch on it, works great and the battery lasts all day as long as you don't use the hot spot. I used SIM cards in Thailand and Indonesia and had no problems. Phone never lags, never had an issue. The camera isn't half bad either, not great but not horrible, though I didn't buy it for the camera. Overall happy with the phone, I will be holding onto it for future international trips. ... show more

Pixel 7a issues
Color: Charcoal Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 128 GB Product grade: Renewed
I got my first phone and a microfracture appeared to crack the screen during normal use. The oled screen works the glass is cracked side to side. No drops. Upon receiving replacement phone, the new one refused to work with my carrier. The IMEI was shown to be compatable with my carrier but rwfussed to connect with towers for data access. Now I can't even get a replacement phone. This was my worst expirence by far. (Pixel7a) ... show more

Excellent product
Color: Charcoal Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 128 GB Product grade: Renewed
The phone arrived in a condition that was almost indistinguishable from a new one. The only visible sign of wear were a few scruff marks around the charging port, which is to be expected on a refurbished product. The phone also came with a tempered glass screen protector for added protection, but a bubble formed under it in the first few weeks of use. However, this was not a huge deal. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this phone. ... show more

I just got this, only initially selecting settings without having the eSim set for calls yet or checking with my carrier. While I know I chose a level of refurbished being “good” instead of “excellent”, I don’t like that it arrived with scratches on the screen - though this may appear minor. I had tried a different refurbished make & model prior (choosing “excellent”) that was in perfect condition, just having not liked the phone in general and not keeping. I have had many phones over time and even after using for a few years, never had created scratches upon. It appears the phone may be to my liking in general, while only initially checking it out, but also don’t like that the online “search bar” cannot be relocated from the bottom of screen, for one thing. I have seen other users discussing this also and solutions suggested for are not resolving, but it is an earlier model of. (I have not used another phone not allowing to modify this setting). Otherwise, the camera appears to be very good and like certain features besides, such as having beautiful Wallpaper images included, it appearing well-made, the overall design being nice, the size of not being overly huge and usage should be easy. I like to be able to remove Apps I will not use, and this one is not overloaded with. Though not having entirely considered, and may update. (I have just had a time of trying different manufacturer’s models, as they can ALL differ in ease of use, design, options, operation & quality). UPDATE: Having used the phone since last posting, I am finding it to be finally something that is more pleasing than not, though with some unavoidable Google features, it’s not a bad phone overall, good quality, nice phone. Just glad to find something that appeals to me - not being “a gamer” or using heavily, but for calls, texts and minor searches - otherwise using other devices for. ... show more

AT&T SIM ONLY!
Color: Black Service provider: AT&T Memory Storage Capacity: 128 GB Product grade: Renewed
👏🔥 Solid phone if you got AT&T Big upgrade from my old Samsung A05. Phone feels quality, super smooth, and the camera still competes with some new high-end phones today. It even came with a screen protector already on, and for the price you can’t beat it. BUT THIS PHONE IS LOCKED TO AT&T — IF YOU DON’T HAVE AT&T AS YOUR CARRIER, IT WON’T WORK. ... show more

Only 2 of the 3 speakers work

It's a good phone but the bottom left speaker doesn't work and it is clear that the speakers were not cleaned out either. The phone has visible wear on the back panel but that much I expected. Unfortunately tho I paid for a renewed phone in excellent condition and with the bottom left speaker not working I would rate it as good condition not excellent. It is very unfortunate as besides that it is a very decent phone that is cosmetically pleasing to look at. But I can't recommend this seller if they are going to be selling good condition phones at excellent condition phone price tags since exllent condition would imply fully operational and this one is not. ... show more

NOT UNLOCKED
Color: Charcoal Service provider: Unlocked Memory Storage Capacity: 128 GB Product grade: Renewed
Purchased this phone to replace and upgrade my broken Pixel 4a. Paid a little more for this one specifically because it was "Unlocked" and I wanted to install Graphene OS later. Fast forward to today when I tried to install it, and realize that the phone is carrier locked to Verizon, therefore it is impossible to install any aftermarket OS, and I'm back to looking for a new phone. Contacted the seller and they clarified that: "the device is network unlocked which means it will work using any network's physical SIM card. You need a factory unlocked or OEM unlocked device. I understand it's frustrating as Amazon doesn't allow us as 3rd party sellers to specify the difference on their Listing Templates but you're welcome to ask in the future and we'd check before shipping." Some how this is my fault for not asking if the unlocked phone was ALL THE WAY unlocked or just a little unlocked. Not fully the seller's fault per the explanation, but I still feel like I've been mislead. ... show more
