Came as pictured! I love it :) UPDATE: It's been three months and I wish I could say I still love it. The threading is starting to come undone on both sides of the chair on the seat portion. There was a huge hole in the chair by month two in of having it. I just stitched it back together the best I could but I did notice the other side of the chair is also starting to rip as well. I have taken great care of this chair and it's heart breaking that it hasn't lasted longer than 6 months. I would love to have a new one sent to me because it was my favorite thing in my office. Cons: - The stitching broke on the part you sit on after one month and now the stuffing is exposed. The hole only gets bigger each time I sit on it. - If you are slightly on the heavy set side, you can’t sit crisscrossed, like I had hoped. The bottom is not big enough to accommodate larger booties and thick thighs. - There are no wheels on the bottom so you have to lift the chair up and hope you don’t drop it on your toes when you want to scoot closer to the desk. - The black feet on the chair are sharp and hurt my feet when I’m not wearing shoes. Pros: - It’s comfy. I am definitely disappointed in what I got for what I paid. UPDATE: Changed the rating from two to four stars because the company did reach out to me and offer me a free replacement or full refund. I bought this chair in November and was super excited for it because it’s so beautiful and went with my home office decor perfectly! Unfortunately, less than 6 months later it’s literally falling apart at the seams. I am very gentle with the chair and I don’t use harsh cleaners on it specifically to avoid breaking down the materials and yet this happened. I love this chair! I work from home and have nobody to judge me for sitting in ridiculous ways as I work -- so naturally this chair is amazing in aiding me in doing so. It's also very comfortable. It doesn't breathe well - so I had to put a throw over it to help with that. Otherwise, best ever.

I loveeeeeeeed this chair when I first bought it! I work from home full time and it was super comfortable, could finally sit cross-legged or however I wanted. I purchased in Feb 2023 and am looking for other options now. Around 4mo into purchasing I noticed a tear at the seam on the seat. It was small so I didn't worry too much. The seat doesn't stay the same height anymore, I have to raise it back to desk height several times a day, the rip in the seat goes about 1/4 of the way across and the padding on the seat has all pushed to the sides.
