I really love this chair, but it is not comfortable to sit in for any length of time. I often work 10-12 hour days and my butt hurts and my back is killing me. It also creaks in a concerning way. I’ve had it for about 4 months now and I need to replace it

I was specifically looking for a chair I could easily get up from (armrests are restricting sometimes if you get up a million times like me lol) and that I could cross my legs. I accidentally bought two of these and I ended up keeping both, one for me and one for my son. the whole concept of the shape, build and size of this chair promotes versatility and flow of your day. I don't have to swivel the chair all the way just to sit, I can just slide on in! Update - The seller credited a portion to make up for not having wheels so I added 1 star for food service! Did not know the chair doesn’t come with rollers. Never would have bought it had I known. The newer model comes with them. Maybe enough people complained. The directions to install are useless because 1) it tells you to take off a non-existent cover (thank goodness I read another review that told me some chairs come without the cover for the part from the directions so I knew not to take off a part I needed) 2) the directions don’t tell you which which screw goes where because the picture overlaps where you can see. The wide seat is very nice. Too much trouble to package and return so I’ll keep it but again, never woukd have purchased if I knew it didn’t come with wheels. ... show more
